Nowhere else in science is there ever an example of something coming from nothing. Ever. You see, scripture tells us something else. I'm sure we're all familiar with the creation story, but I want to focus in on just the very beginning. In Genesis 1, verse 1. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth... What I want you to see in that scripture is the very first words. In the beginning, God. That's all you need to know about creation. In the beginning, God. Everything. Everything begins and ends with him. Creation is intentional. Because God made it that way. It's not accidental. [00:04:53] (86 seconds)  #ScienceAlignsWithScripture

When faced with such improbability as this number, we should logically ask, did life come by chance or was it intended? If by chance, it suggests, it suggests, it suggests, that every single constant law and parameter just happened to fall into a perfect, life -permitting range. But with odds of 1 to 10 to the 104th, it's like winning the universe's lottery over and over again, trillions of times in a row. If we look at design, if there is an intelligent creator, the improbability disappears. Instead of a random chance, we're looking at intentional fine -tuning. [00:12:16] (55 seconds)  #MadeInGodsImage

Because He is the source you're living with. Life isn't random. You were made on purpose, for a purpose, in the image of God. Yet, culture says you define yourself, your value, as based on what you achieve or how others see you. However, the truth says you were created in the image of God with dignity, with value, with purpose. [00:14:39] (32 seconds)  #SustainedByHisHand

Scripture reveals that we were created in the very image of God. God, that means every single human being has value, has dignity and purpose. Furthermore, because you're made in the image of the Creator, your identity is given to you. It's not earned. That's something we strive after. It's bestowed upon you. You're made in the image of God. [00:16:35] (37 seconds)  #HustleCultureVsDivineSustenance

See, the truth is we are made in the image of God to do good works. If God created you, he didn't just wind you up and walk away. He holds every breath, every moment, every detail together. Because he is the source, your value isn't earned, it's sustained by him. You are held in his hands. [00:19:24] (32 seconds)  #GodSustainsEveryMoment

Every moment of this life is a gift. But when Paul says that Christ holds all things together, this is what he's referring to. We have to think beyond ourselves since God created everything, then gravity, then things like oxygen, the earth's rotation, all of those kinds of things. They remain constant without any human intervention. So this consistency reflects a God who sustains creation moment by moment. [00:23:38] (43 seconds)  #GratefulStewardsOfCreation

The truth is God sustains all of creation. When you realize that every gift, every heartbeat, every sunrise comes from him, there is only one right response, and that is worship. Because he is the source, he alone is worthy of our praise. Not our careers, not our possessions, not ourselves. [00:24:42] (27 seconds)  #DailyThanksgivingPractice

Because God is the source, we live as grateful stewards, treating others with dignity. pointing people into the creator behind the design and worshiping him with our whole lives. We start to understand that God is the source of all. And we really believe it. We take it to heart. It's not just something we hear from the pulpit. Hey, that's a good sermon, pastor. But we really recognize that in a moment like that, this life could be over. For a million different reasons, your life could be over. He is the source. So we should honor him. [00:30:12] (46 seconds)  #ChurchMustPushBack

``The truth is, church, you are not an accident. You were created by God. You were sustained by God. And you were designed for God. Every breath you take is a gift. Every moment you live is held together by His power. And every part of your life finds meaning in Him. Our culture needs to hear that. So this week, live with gratitude. Treat others as image bearers of the same Creator. And let your life point back to the One who made you. Let’s be a people who don’t just know the truth, but they live it out. Worshiping the Creator with every part of who we are. [00:38:30] (57 seconds)
