#SoulOverSuccess
“``But what profit is it if a man gains a whole world and loses his soul? If your child gets into, you know, MIT, good job. But if your child gets into MIT and does not enter the kingdom of God, that's a tragedy. So as husband and wife, I want I want us to pray together. Family prayers, praying with the children, true. But when you pray for the children, your children need not be there. Right? And so as husband and wife cry out to the as as John Knox would cry out for Scotland. Give me Scotland or I die. That should be our cry.”

#DitchTheScroll
“But today, there are people who are going to bed at 05:30, not because they are working, because they're scrolling. K. Do that and that and that. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. I mean, that's that's there's no way there will be any spiritual formation if you spend your life just in a scrolling phones. And we will never be satisfied, but that's what we are doing. I know of many people who go to bed at three and four in the morning. There's no way you can grow in your spiritual life if you are doing that. A disciple has to be disciplined. A disciple who's indisciplined cannot be a disciple.”

#GodRemembersPrayers
“It's so difficult to get people's attention but never with God. Right. Your your spouse, your children, your parents may not pay attention to you but remember we have a God who pays attention to every word that is we speak. He takes our prayers seriously. We may forget our prayers, but God will never forget our prayers. Maybe something you prayed thirty years back, forty years back, it never happened and you thought you're done with that prayer point, but remember, God is not done with that.”

#ForgiveToPray
“You see our prayer becomes powerless when we hold unforgiveness. Unforgiveness is is is is worse than cancer. It can eat you up. Okay. Learn to forgive people. It's difficult, but not impossible. JC Reil says this and I quote, it takes two to make a quarrel. But let us purpose ourselves as Christians that we will not be the one. It takes two to make a quarrel but let us purpose ourselves as Christians that we will not be the one. So that's just a brief kind of look at the Lord's prayer.”
