Day 3: Identity and Belonging in Christ
The inscription of God's name on our foreheads symbolizes our identity and belonging in Him. It is a mark of ownership and protection, reminding us that we are His cherished children. This assurance gives us confidence and peace, knowing that we are secure in His love. As we navigate the challenges of life, we can rest in the truth that our identity is rooted in Christ, and nothing can separate us from His love. This understanding empowers us to live boldly and confidently, knowing that we are His and He is ours. [00:11]
Revelation 3:12 (ESV): "The one who conquers, I will make him a pillar in the temple of my God. Never shall he go out of it, and I will write on him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down from my God out of heaven, and my own new name."
Reflection: In what ways can you remind yourself of your identity in Christ today, especially when faced with doubts or insecurities?
