#ForeverForgiven
“``So we are forever forgiven. Let that sink in. You are forever forgiven even when the evil one tries to bring up your past, tries to bring up the old shameful things. You are forever forgiven because we have a great high priest who represents us before god, who sacrificed himself, and he is the gift of god. For god so loved the world, he gave the gift, his one and only son, that whoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life. Hold on to that.”

#GraceStillSaves
“In this life, in our experience of salvation, we are completely justified because of our faith in Jesus, but our present day experience is, I don't know about you, but I fail all the time. I fail all the time. So we continue to sin, but our great high priest continues to save. Is that good news? He continues to save.”

#EverlastingPriest
“Once for all, these high priests every year had to offer a sacrifice of atonement for themselves and for the people. The writer is saying Jesus offered himself once forever. So we have Jesus, our great high priest. That's the point of Hebrews here. Guys, if you go back to this high priest in the temple, he's gonna die. We have a high priest who lives forever. So get your eyes off of that and get your eyes on Jesus.”

#ResurrectionPromise
“So what's the implications of this indestructible life and this tying together of the priesthood of Melchizedek and this Christ figure, so to speak, what does that mean for you and I? It's the promise of your indestructible life. It's the promise of yours at the resurrection, you're going to receive a body that cannot die, that cannot sin. I'm looking forward to that. That that we won't have sorrow or sickness at the resurrection.”

#IndestructibleLife
“Jesus is the word made flesh. God the son became one of us. He entered into our world. And the son of god lived a perfect life, died on the cross, and then rose from the grave. And when Jesus rose from the grave, he rose in an indestructible body. He is the indestructible life. When he rose from the grave, he rose in a body that that will never die again. It will never die. It can't die. It's indestructible.”

#HopeBeyondDeath
“So this body, I don't don't know if you know this, but it's it's not going to heaven. And we can do all we want to exercise and eat right, and we should do those things to have a good quality of life, but death is coming for everyone. It's just the reality. So what do we do with that promise of an indestructible life knowing that these bodies are still going to face death one day?”

#OnceForAllPriest
“Jesus fulfilled the law. He fulfilled the priesthood. He fulfilled all those mile markers and signposts that pointed to him. All these other priests eventually died. Jesus isn't a priest from that line. He's from the order of Melchizedek who's this guy who had no beginning, no end, no genealogy, no mom, no dad. So he's definitely a type and shadow of Christ. Here's what I want you to get. Jesus in the in his work as high priest, he offered himself. He didn't offer himself for his own sin but for us.”

#EternalNewCovenant
“Last point I wanna make here is the power of an eternal and better covenant. The word covenant really means it's a binding agreement between two parties. A binding agreement between two parties. It's different than a contract. A contract is always based upon ifs. If you do this, then I'll do that. If you fail to do this, then I won't do that. A covenant is based on a promise. And god has made covenants throughout scripture. He made a covenant with Adam. He made a covenant with Noah. He made a covenant with Abraham, a covenant with David. But there's the eternal covenant that's between the father and the son, the most important covenant. It's the covenant that was ratified through the death and resurrection of Jesus. That's the new covenant.”
