#FaithOverReligion
“Listen. Religion is heavy and condemning and weirdsome, but faith in Christ and trusting him will bring freshness and joy. Notice what what kept them from entering the the rest, not a lack of evidence. They had seen all these miracles. Not a lack of miracles, not a lack of God's promises. He said over and over again, I'll be with you. Simply, they were unable to enter because of unbelief.”

#PersevereInFaith
“We have come to share in Christ if indeed we hold to the original conviction firmly to the very end. Perseverance is the evidence of true belonging, not the condition we fulfill to earn it. What that is simply saying is perseverance is the evidence of true genuine faith. If you and I have truly trusted in Christ by his spirit, by his word, by his grace, we will persevere. We are held by him.”

#GuardYourHeart
“Beware of a hardened heart. Hardening of a heart is progressive and deadly. Unbelief is not mere intellectual doubt. Listen. It is a heart posture that turns away. When the enemy starts giving you thoughts that not do not line up God's word. You know, God's left you. God's tending Israel and our you know, all the look. You messed up. God's got his arms folded up in heaven. You're in the doghouse. When you start hearing that, you need to come back at him and say, you know, I read in the Bible that I'm covered by the blood of Jesus, that he's thrown my sins and mistakes in the sea of forgetfulness to remember them no more, that I'm accepted in the beloved because of Jesus Christ, and it will help your heart posture to be submitted and trusting in the father, the good shepherd, the savior who died for you and me.”

#TrustGodNotCircumstances
“The question is who are we gonna believe, and who are we gonna put our trust in? God and his word or people and circumstances? The enemy will use circumstances to discourage you and I, and some of them are very convincing and overwhelming, but we have to trust and keep walking. And sadly, we're gonna have we're gonna have other believers who give us a discouraging word. You remember that old song? Not a discouraging word was heard all day. Home home on the range, I think it is. We need to be home home on the range of God's pasture.”

#GodOnYourSide
“That's where our hope needs to be, guys, this morning, in the word of God, in the character of God, in the person of our God. We're to have such hope and such confidence that even when we face giants, giants of circumstances, whether it's financially, emotionally, relationally, whether it's the loss of someone we love, whether it is criticism and opposition from people, whatever the giant that you are facing in your life, remember you have God on your side.”

#FeedOnTheWord
“Are we listening, giving attention to God and his word daily? Our faith is built upon a living relationship. Every day presents a new opportunity to respond to him. Listen. You and I you and I need to feed on this word every day of our lives. And again, a good place to start, feeding is in the Psalms. It'll get your attitude right as you praise and give thanks to him and remember his good deeds and good works. See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you, this is verse 12, have a sinful and unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God. Did you notice that sinful sinful is coupled with unbelieving? When we think of sinfulness, we've got all this list of things, you know, pride, what, greed, lust, whatever. Those are sinful. Listen, unbelief is sinful when we're not trusting God and believing in him.”

#EncourageOneAnotherDaily
“Isolation brings hardness. Satan will try to get you mad at somebody in the church. How many times have you heard somebody, well, I used to go to church, but there are hypocrites there. I guess they're saying they're sinners there. I would say, well, you know, you're right. There's sinners who've been saved by God's grace and are trying to sin less. And because of his spirit, some of them are accomplishing that. Others, the question is still out. You know? we're trying to move forward. The antidote is regular 10 intentional encouragement of one another. As long as it is called today, sin is deceitful, it slowly hardens, but community accountability, the community accountability that comes through the body of Christ and gospel encouragement keeps our heart soft and our faith alive.”

#PrayAndSupportEachOther
“Let us examine our hearts for the subtle creeping it's a subtle thing, unbelief, that hardness that comes. Practice daily encouragement with one another and encouragement from God and his word. Encourage from from God. I know a lot of you have a practice of of listening to worship songs that gets your heart soaring to him. Keep faith in the original confidence in Christ firm, especially when trials and doubts and other pressures arise. The very time Satan starts bombarding you and I with negativity and doubts and things is the very time we need to grab hold of the Lord and call our brothers and say, pray for me. I'm going through a time of testing of faith.”
