“``And I really believe this. There is someone in here this weekend who has been staying distant from God, and today he wants to set you free from the very thing that has been keeping you distant. There is this thing that only you know about, and it weighs on you day in and day out. And you might go, Jesse, I hear you. He loves people, and he welcomes them in, but that doesn't apply to me. You don't know what I've done. I'm unholy. I'm unworthy. I have sinned greatly. And to that, I would respond, yes, you are right. You are unholy, you are unworthy, and you have sinned greatly. However, there is one thing that overcomes every bit of that. It's the blood of the lamb.”

“Would your hesitancy be be eliminated by your father's voice? Now, why can my daughter approach me? At any time, why can my daughter approach me? Because she is my daughter. Not even a question. My daughter is and will always be qualified to approach me at any time because she is my daughter and she has my blood. And guess what? You've got his. He looks at you and he sees his child. And he sees you covered in the blood of the lamb. There's one qualification for you to enter in. It's the blood of Christ, and you have it. If you're a believer, if you put your faith in Christ, why are you able to enter in? Because his blood was shed for you. You are no longer a lost son or daughter. You are a found son or daughter. And he looks at you and he says, you can come anytime.”

“what do we call this when we approach the throne in a time of need and receive grace and mercy? Simply, it's called repentance. And repentance, whether big or small, should be a daily practice in a believer's life. What was taking place when the priest would go through this process? First, a time of repentance for himself and for the people. And you realize you can do this every single morning. You can do this every single moment. You need to know this. Repentance was not just for the first time you got saved. It's for every day. It's for here and now. It's for the wicked thought that came into your mind a second ago. The same God we met with on the day of salvation is the same God we should be meeting with daily, moment by moment. And like the day of salvation, he looks to you and his arms are open wide.”

“It's hard for us to comprehend a love like this. This is what you call unconditional love. That no matter what you have done, no matter what you will do, Christ died for you and loves you. And you need to know this. The only way to begin to comprehend unconditional love is to experience it. It only comes from him. You've gotta go in boldly. And when you do, you gotta watch and see what you find. You just got trust me on it. Trust me. Go in. You wanna find unconditional love. You go in and you find it. I'm telling you, your your mind your mind is blown every time. You're like, God, you still love me. You still take me in. You still forgive me. You still cleanse me. You never give up on me. And we can come to him with our sin and our shame, and we can trade it for his grace and his mercy. And you know what I like to call that? I like to call that the greatest trade of all time.”
