#trainingToReign
“And so we're not just doom scrolling until the end times and then it's all just gonna burn or whatever your vision is. No. We lean in because we pray his kingdom come, his will be done on earth as it is in heaven, we just pray it in. Right here, right now, Jesus, make this make sense. Help me, your king, your lord, help me make make this make sense. I'm gonna walk forward with you. Just just bring I want it now. I want the overlap because we are, and maybe you don't remember this, we are training to reign with Jesus.”

#graceAppeared
“Grace didn't just send you a memo. It appeared in person and rescued you by pulling you out of of out of out of the garbage and just pulling you into the father's house, out of the forest fire and just brought into safety. So my question for you, the PPQ. There will be more. When you think of grace, do you just get this vague theological feeling? Like, oh, yeah, grace. Oh, yeah. That's god's riches at Christ's expense or that's something that I giving me something I didn't deserve or, you know, like, yeah. Well, okay. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. But also, like, Jesus?”

#resurrectionChangedEverything
“I ain't gonna lie. So, Church, we've had an epiphany. Light bulb. But it's not just, oh, yeah, my personal story. This is an appearance that changed the fabric of the universe, actually set us on a different trajectory. What happened on Good Friday and the resulting events of resurrection, forty days later, his ascension to the throne of heaven, that changed things. All thrones, dominions, powers, positions changed things. That's the reality we're living in, what was me? Like, just more like, wow. What is going on? How is this even possible? It's changed the shape of history. Grace has appeared. Glory will appear.”

#liveInGraceDaily
“Did you receive grace? Well, yeah. Okay. Well, that should do. Like, no, it's a daily formative sort of thing. I live in the grace of god. I breathe because of the grace of god. Grace is the gift. You track him? So somehow that has to that has to be breathed in and breathed out and shaped and formed like that like you have a tutor alongside going, hey, remember remember what we did? Remember that? Remember that? Which is why I encourage you guys to share your story of how Christ transformed you often. Often, often, often. Because it actually reminds you of the grace and the gift. Like, remember who I was and I remember it more when I reveal that to other people.”

#graceTrainsSelfControl
“And now grace, the gift, isn't allergic to order so it trains self control. Okay. So let that flow through my body. It's saying no to to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, to live self controlled, upright, and godly lives in this present age. Oh, you think it was bad then, Titus? You should see it now. He's like, well, I I think I was on an island where it was all going down and I I think I'm with you. I think I get it. And Jesus gets it too.”

#signUpForGrace
“Some of you didn't get trained by grace. I received that. I mentioned last week, I was like, yeah, I grew up going like, I guess I better give the kids la la la la la and then they can go to church and get the grace. But I'm the law, and then they can get the grace. Was like, oh, because that's just kinda what I felt that I experienced. Any of you? Feel that? So then now it's a new formation event. It's a Jesus, take me, train me, show me show me the grace. We sang it, but but I think you have to sign up for it daily and say, okay, okay, train me. What does it look like that grace would train It's not a one time lecture.”

#letJesusDrive
“It might be pesky, but I think this is more an invitational question. What if you weren't just waiting to get back to an intersection, you actually just merged with the traffic of the holy spirit and you became one who had a lifestyle of that. To to not completely keep the old metaphor but, like, invite Jesus into what you're doing. Oh, wait. How about we switch seats, not the copilot, and how about we say, I wanna just go where you're going? Because that's what following Jesus actually is. That's discipleship. That's apprenticeship. Jesus, what are we doing today? Okay, I'm in by your power, not by my own, not by my initiative, not my energy. You're a power that so powerfully works through me, it's gonna have to be you. So if you're not at a point where you're doing something that requires God's work, you're barely doing anything.”

#liveLikeHeAppears
“If the glare of Jesus could really break in at any minute, how would that change what you count as normal in your day or your week of discipleship? And by discipleship, mean apprenticeship to Jesus. Like wood shop apprentice. Like, hey, this is how we do it. Let me show you. Let's walk. Let's do it. Does your current lifestyle look like someone training to reign with him? A resounding yes. That's what I heard. That's what your silence said to me. And in the meantime, have the gift of the spirit. Grace appeared, glory will arrive, in the meantime, have the gift of the spirit. So you're not left alone.”
