#StickWithIt
“You just you stick with it, and then all of a sudden, it's, like, out of nowhere. Like, my friend says, like, out of nowhere, out of three years, bam, it happened. And my the the person that's been mentored, Barbara and I said, you know what? Just keep that intention even when things look like they're going backwards. He calls it unraveling. says when things unravel, just stay with it. Doesn't feel good. Things happen. Feels like it's not going the right way. It's going backwards. He goes, then all of a sudden out of nowhere, it's like a tidal wave. Like, all those love, all those prayers, all that energy comes back and multiplies into your life. So, hopefully, that helps, guys. God bless you. Barbara and I and the kids love you a lot.”

#InfiniteLoveReturns
“We just thank you that as we do this, as we send our prayers, as we send our love, as we send our compassion, as we give to others, as we help others. All of that infinite love, all that infinite compassion, all that infinite giving comes back to us, our families, and the people we love in multiplied form. Thank you for that. We love you. We thank you. Thank you for this infinite ability that we can tap into your love and grace at any time. Amen. Amen. Amen.”

#GuidedBodyRelaxation
“And then I go through my body, my chest area, my physical heart, all the arteries, all the veins, all the lungs, all the cells in every part of that body and my chest. I just tell you to relax. It's safe here. You're totally protected here. And every organ, as I continue down my body, all my internal organs, thank you for all the work you do. I love you. I bless you. And I just let that love, that embrace of God. I kind of like to see God holding me just like you would hold somebody you love, just like I'm safe here. Thank you, God, for holding me. Thank you for allowing my body to relax and helping me relax my body right now.”
