“There are several things that we're going to prove today that there are things that we can do greater than Christ. Y'all ready for that? Can y'all imagine us doing something greater than Christ?”
“But before I tell you those things, let me just tell you this, and this is a sticky note for anybody that's taking notes. What you need to understand is that in the 14th chapter of John, Jesus is speaking to his inner circle of disciple. He's not talking to you. He's not talking to me. But you have to take pay attention to the contents of the scripture.”
“The word of God is timeless. And because it is timely, it can apply to both you and me. That's why the Bible is one of the most best-selling books in the Bible because although it is not written to you and it is not written to me because it is timeless, we can live that appliance principles to our life.”
“So what greater works can we do? You must number one believe. Anybody in the room believes? I believe. You got to believe that Jesus is who he say he is. That's the first thing we got to understand. The first thing is that you got to believe.”
“Jesus says this. What I want you to believe is this. He said, "I am in my father and my father is in me. But if you don't believe that me and him are one, I want you to believe the works that I've done."”
“But here is the greater work. Y'all ready for the greater work? Most people won't even see this in the scripture. Everybody will see everything else, but they won't see this right here. The greater work is expansion.”
“What is the expansion? So you got to understand that before the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, I'm just giving you a little history. I'm just sharing with you what the word of the Lord says. But in the in before the crucifixion of Jesus, his ministry was confined to just Galilee and his ministry was only confined to just Judea.”
“But he said that's why he said it is necessary that I go away to my father because when I go away, there are some things that's going to take place. Woo. The greater work is that the that that the disciples now going to cover more grounds than Jesus did. Can y'all believe that?”
“Now, what you need to understand is that none of us in this room will be able to do the greater work until we are endowed with power. That's it. Amen. That's it. Do anybody in here have any power?”
“You cannot do the work of ministry until you have been endowed with power. And I'm going tell you something. When the church get endowed with power, you won't see no empty seats. But what I want you to understand is this. We're getting ready to see some things in the body of Christ that we haven't seen in a long time. Folks are getting ready to bust these doors down.”
“When you've been endowed with power, you're going to go to the uttermost parts of the world. You're going to go to to Judea, to Samaria, to the uttermost parts of the earth." And he said, "Yes, you're getting ready to travel with your ministry."”
“Your traveling ministry is going to be your next door neighbor. All right. See, you don't have to go to Judah or to Samaria or to the other most possible world. Matter of fact, forget your neighbor. Can your husband come with you? Oh, I know that was touching.”
“When you have been endowed with power, this is your time. You say you're going to talk to them about the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Do anybody understand about the death, burial, and the resurrection? Because had he not died that and had he not wrote, where would we be?”
“And while you're out witnessing, that's the great thing. The great is not only are you going to go to various places, but your faith is going to be increasing. Your faith is going to be to the point that when people see you going to know that what's going to come out of your mouth, it's something of faith.”
“He said, "I want you to go into all the world and I want you to teach them everything that I have commanded you and Lord, I am with you always." So what I'm simply trying to say to you, because of your greater favor and because of your greater works, listen, folks are going to kill you. Your character is going to be shut down.”
“The greatest work of all is when a person have a spiritual transformation of the sin that's in their heart. A spiritual transformation. Transformation means that I I'm transformed. I'm not like I used to be. Have anybody had that experience?”
“But this is what God has said to you and I. He said, "Seek ye first the kingom of God." Amen. All these other things. Amen. All these other things. All these other things. All these other things. Other things shall be added unto you. What you need? You don't need a snack. You need Jesus.”
