“Happiness is not based on outward. It's based on a joy. You know, some blessed, happy to be envied is a person whose God is the Lord. Hallelujah. And so we we we think we think, you know, you know what happiness is? Living free from fear, living free from anxiety, living free of hurry, worry, scurry. Mhmm. Right? Is it possible then to have a fulfilled life? the problem is we delay our happiness because we say, when I get such and such, then I'll be happy. Yep. That's so true. Single single people think, or they might even say, when I get married, I'll be happy. Well, yes, you can be happy when you're married, but don't don't just focus on that's how it's gonna come. Well, I'll be happy when I get the latest greatest phone or tablet or whatever or shoes or whatever it might be. I'll be those things won't they're they're they're fleeting.”

“So entitlements believing that something is owed you and then if others get something that you don't get, it's not fair. And and we sometimes will think of children. It's not just in children. It's in adults. Yeah. Right? Well, how come they have a nice vehicle? And guess what? God hears your heart. Yeah. Yeah. And and when I read, I think, first Corinthians 10, and it's so interesting. God lists all the things about what the Israelites did, complaining, grumbling, mumbling is right in there. Yep. And you wanna you know what praise does? It attracts the presence of God. You know what grumbling, complaining attracts? Yeah. I mean, it says that. So be grateful. Grateful for what you have. Grateful for what God has done. So it's I believe it's a spirit entitlement. It's an ungodly spirit. And so we wanna be grateful. Right?”

“praise god. Thank you, lord. So fairness is a Western culture attitude. It's not a biblical attitude. Here's some biblical examples of life is not fair. You ever heard of Joseph? Sold in slavery at 17, accused wrongly by the boss's wife. Yeah. Right? Imprisoned for something you didn't do, interprets the the baker and the butler's dream. They get of course, one guy got his head cut off, but the other guy got, you know, his position back. They forgot. Remember me when you get before the king. They forgot. Two more years, but he kept his attitude right.”

“we live in a society that seems that done one truth and some unfortunate sometimes in even in the body of Christ. You know? It's like, you know, pastor, just I just want all the good stuff. And all the bible's good. Yes. And while we're judging, I heard a preacher years ago. You know, I just want positive stuff. Well, all the bible's positive. May not it may not appeal to your flesh everything that's in the word of god. But all the bible you know, isn't it positive if a preacher or you're reading the bible and the holy spirit says, you need to change that. Yep. And it brings about positive results in your life. That's true. Right? Yep. If you're having issues in your marriage or you're having issues with your children and you read something that that it it it helps you, to me, that's positive. Yes. Right?”
