46s
“Does he seek your best interest? Is he actively seeking your best interest? I think the answer to that is a profound So do I get what I deserve? No, I don't get what I deserve. I get grace. I get the blood of Christ. I didn't deserve that. And here's how I can think about it. The father doesn't love me the way I deserve. He loves me the way Jesus deserves. Now, let that marinate in your heart for just a second because this is a game changer. This, if you understand this, you'll want to live in a way that reflects this.”
48s
“If you really understand how much God loves you, then you're not gonna let a lot of the little petty things that get you distracted become that big a deal anymore. The father loves me not the way I deserve, but he loves me the way he loves Jesus, the way Jesus deserves because Jesus and what he did is what counts for me. Now, you've just gotta either receive that or struggle until you can grasp it because that's the truth. He loves me the way Jesus deserves.”
44s
“But how are we gonna be one? How can we be united? Well, our unity is only possible through the power and love of Jesus. Do you believe that? That's the only way we're gonna stay united. We're not gonna stay united because we have some magnetic person here who's so charismatic. I mean, my personality is not enough to unite us. The elders' personalities are not enough to unite us. There's no ministry that's strong enough to unite us or keep us united. Now, those things may have some roles to play, but it's all about Jesus.”
