#BoldFullGospel
“``That we need to be bold in sharing the full gospel. We can leave nothing out if someone's to make a fully conscious decision to to follow Jesus and spend eternity with the father. Paul, in his life, suffered and still shared the gospel, his walk and his talk were together. And I would cling to truth that even in that suffering, in those trials, we can trust that Jesus fully redeemed us on the cross through salvation and that he will resurrect us to eternal life as we sacrifice much or little or small things, big big things to see others know Jesus. So remind yourself daily of the eternal, heavy, and heavy worth of knowing Jesus and the weighty truth that we are destined and designed for eternal life with our father.”

“So we are the habitation of the creator of the universe. And in the next section, verses seven through 12, we'll see God's power over suffering, God's power over the difficulties that we face in this life, the difficulties that Paul faced in his life. So if we are treasure jars of clay, and we have this treasure in us, That was in a sense, it's our choice. We choose Jesus. Right? We make that choice. But at the same time, that all surpassing power that's in us is from God and not from us. And that should remind us of something. That should remind us that the power to change people's lives, to change people's hearts does not lie in us. Well, in a sense it does because Jesus is the one in us. But the spirit of God, the Holy Spirit is the one that enacts change in people's lives and hearts.”

“And so this is Paul saying, I'm just a humble jar of clay, and I have the the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ in me, and I wanna share it with others. And that is going to change people because that's God's power not mine. And so a jar of clay back then, cheap, replaceable, breakable, frail. Does that not sound like some some of us? We're not cheap. We're not replaceable, but we are breakable, and we are frail. We are common. We're much more common than a lot of other things on this earth. God does use nature to reveal himself, but why did he put people in the middle of the gospel? Jesus had 12 disciples that he would hope would make more disciples to make more disciples as he talks about again in the great commission, Matthew 28. And the point is god. Point is he chooses us as his vessels to go and bring the gospel to other people, to people all over the world.”

“But we have another role. We have two more roles. We're the housing for that light. As Paul says in verse seven, we have this treasure in jars of clay. We are the housing of the glory of God, the light of the glory of God that lives within us. Right? So we have an important role to house that well, And then we have an important role to reveal that through our godly living. But we also are the pivot at the bottom there in our speech. We have the the mandate and the ability, the capacity to direct that light to dark places. Right? We can direct that light to places, to people that don't know Jesus. So we have a threefold role in this. Jesus is the image of God. The glory of God shines through him and reveals who God is through the face of Jesus Christ. And the Holy Spirit is that power source behind it. He's he's backing all of it.”
