34s
“None of us have measured up to the fullness of what Christ wants us to be. We all need some grace. That's why he said be strong in the grace. A whole lot of us will because we beat ourselves up for stuff we did twenty years ago. Satan still got you beating you upside the head. But you stand strong in grace. Yeah. I messed up. But guess what? Grace Grace. Has brought me safe thus far in grace.”
62s
“Active duty means you're full time. Yes. Active duty means you wake up in the morning and what can I do for my country and my army? Active duty means that you live on the base, you work on the base. Reserves that one weekend every month, you slip up and do some training. And every now and then, you go on this two week training mission. So, you know, you're about 12 weekends a year and two weeks a year, that's all you do. And we got a whole lot of Christians, reserve duty. That that, you know, the them weekend warriors, they they they fight every once in a while, but God is looking for some folk on active duty, twenty four seven all the time fighting for the good fight of Jesus Christ. We need more active duty soldiers in God's army.”
56s
“when you join the army, it ain't easy. And when you're in battle, it's no fun and game. You have to endure hardship. When you come up in greater Bible way, when you accept Jesus Christ as your savior, do not assume that it's all bed of roses or that it's easy street. You are coming into hardship. And notice it did not say, deliver me from hardship. Some stuff you got to go through. He said, endure hardship. The soldier on the battlefield just can't be, medevac out off the battlefield. He has to stay there and endure the battle. Yeah. And God is looking for some enduring soldiers in his army.”
