#LifeThroughJesus
“And Jesus says in this wonderful verse, as he talks about being the gate, being the true shepherd, he says, the thief comes to steal and kill and destroy, yet I have come that they may have life. Anybody who doesn't go through the way of Jesus that tries to lead you somewhere is not leading you to life. They're leading you to destruction. They will steal from you. They will try to take everything you have for their gain. Their guidance will be burdens instead of freedoms. You will be left existing instead of living.”

#KnownByName
“Jesus knows us and he guides us. As he's talking to the Pharisees who are supposed to be the shepherds, the guides of the day, he talks about the gatekeeper opens the gate for them, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. You are known by the good shepherd. You're not a number. You're not a a an email sent. You are known.”

#EzekielFulfilledInJesus
“And Ezekiel 34 indicates that God said, I will be their shepherd. And then he goes on to say, I will give them the Messiah who will shepherd them. And as another writer, that I read this week said, we are to left longing and wondering what did Ezekiel mean? Was God gonna be the shepherd or was the Messiah gonna be the shepherd? And we pick up John 10, and John's answer to that is yes.”

#LeadersWhoKnowYou
“Are those you're following even know who you are? Are you just another like or follow? Are you known? And then it says he guides. He guides where people go. He goes out before and calls them. If you wanna be a good leader, are you willing to guide people where they need to go, not where you think they just need to go? And are you willing to go first?”
