#WhatSoilAmI
“``The difference the difference within these verses is not the sower of the seed. The difference is the soil. And the soil represents the heart of every individual of all time. Otherwise, the soil represents your response and mine to the word of God. And that makes us one of the most personal and penetrating parables that Jesus has ever taught. Because somewhere somewhere in this parable, you will find yourself. You are one of these soils because you right now where you're at you have a response to the word of God. Now there are four kinds of soil Otherwise that means that there are four different responses to the word of God. And the question is not what kind of seed is being sown because the seed is good. The question is this, what kind of soil am I?”

#MissionFieldAtHome
“You see the fruit of God's word in you ultimately becomes the gospel seed that is spread through you. So I wanna remind you today that your home, your home is a mission field. Your neighborhood is a mission field. That your school and your workplace and the coffee shop and the gym and the team that you're on, all of the online conversations that you have, it's a mission field. And God has planted you right where you're at on purpose. So make it count and make a difference for the glory of God.”

#ChristFirstFruit
“So Jesus doesn't just call us to admire him from the distance. He doesn't just call us to be a church in Tinder and check a box off our list on a Sunday morning. He doesn't just call us to proclaim his name and identify as a Christian when it's popular. He calls us to abide in him. When Christ is first in our life, then there is fruit that is produced and it makes a kingdom impact. But when the world becomes first in our life, when the cares of the world and the things of this world become the top priority, then the word of God, the hope of our life. Jesus Christ himself, it's all choked out as a priority.”

#FaithfulNotImpressive
“Now I know what some of you may be thinking. Some of you might be out there and you might say to yourself, well, I I don't really know how to talk to people about Jesus. Or maybe some of you out there may say, well, what if they ask me a question? I I I don't really know a ton of scripture. Or maybe you're out there and you look at your life and you say to yourself that you don't really have a dramatic testimony. You're you're not a preacher, you're you're not a teacher. But I want you to understand something very important. God is not asking you to be impressive. He's asking you to be faithful. You see, God is asking you to go out into this world and share the hope and the love of Christ with everyone that you can. And the good news is that you don't have to save anyone because Jesus is the one that saves. The good news is that you don't have to change people's hearts because the Holy Spirit is the one that changes hearts. And the good news is that you're not out there responsible for producing a great harvest because you know what? God is the one that produces the harvest.”
