Day 1: God’s Promises Are Everlasting and Unbreakable
God’s covenant with His people is everlasting, and nothing—not even our failures or the passage of time—can break the promises He has made. Just as God declared to Israel that He would never leave nor forsake them, so too does He assure every believer that salvation is secure, not because of our perfection, but because all our sin was placed on Christ. If God’s word to Israel stands forever, then we can trust that His promises to us are equally sure and unchanging, giving us hope and confidence in His faithfulness. [19:27]
Hebrews 13:5 (ESV): Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Reflection: Is there an area of your life where you doubt God’s faithfulness to keep His promises? How can you rest in His unbreakable word today?
Day 2: God Fulfills Prophecy Against All Odds
Every prophecy about the coming of Jesus was fulfilled with miraculous precision, demonstrating that God’s word is trustworthy and that He is sovereign over history. The odds of one person fulfilling even a handful of these prophecies are astronomical, yet Jesus fulfilled them all, proving that God’s plans cannot be thwarted. This same God is fulfilling prophecies in our own time, reminding us that He is actively working out His purposes and that we can trust Him with the future. [24:19]
Genesis 3:15 (ESV): I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel.
Reflection: What is one promise or prophecy of God that seems impossible to you right now? How does remembering God’s track record of fulfilled prophecy strengthen your faith?
Day 3: Israel’s Restoration Is a Sign of God’s Faithfulness
The return of the Jewish people to their land and the rebirth of Israel as a nation are miraculous fulfillments of ancient prophecies, showing that God’s promises endure through centuries. Despite being scattered for nearly 1,800 years, the Jewish people retained their identity and were regathered, just as God foretold through the prophets. This restoration is not only a testament to God’s faithfulness to Israel but also a sign to the world that He is moving in history and preparing for the fulfillment of all things. [26:30]
Ezekiel 36:24 (ESV): I will take you from the nations and gather you from all the countries and bring you into your own land.
Reflection: How does witnessing God’s faithfulness to Israel encourage you to trust Him with the areas of your life that feel scattered or hopeless?
Day 4: Live with a Warfare Mentality, Not a Peacetime Mentality
We are living in a time of spiritual conflict, not comfort, and God is calling His people to be focused, devoted, and ready for battle—not distracted by the world’s concerns. The world is at war, and the church must not be complacent; instead, we are to be an end-times army, advancing God’s kingdom with love, mercy, and the gospel. This means living with intentionality, giving more rather than less, and keeping our eyes on the mission and the coming King. [43:39]
2 Timothy 2:3-4 (ESV): Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him.
Reflection: What is one distraction or “civilian pursuit” you need to set aside this week to focus more fully on God’s mission for you?
Day 5: The Kingdom Is Coming—Stay Focused on the Finish Line
Jesus is coming soon to establish His kingdom, and every decision we make should be shaped by this reality. We are called to live with our eyes fixed on eternity, advancing the gospel and preparing for the day when Christ will return and make all things new. The promise of His return is not just a distant hope but a call to action—to endure, to stay near to Him, and to live each day in light of the coming King. [46:03]
Matthew 24:32-33 (ESV): From the fig tree learn its lesson: as soon as its branch becomes tender and puts out its leaves, you know that summer is near. So also, when you see all these things, you know that he is near, at the very gates.
Reflection: In what practical way can you “focus on the finish line” today, making a decision or taking an action that reflects your hope in Christ’s soon return?
Sermon Summary
God’s promises are unbreakable and everlasting, just as He declared to Abraham and his descendants. The land of Israel remains theirs by divine right, not because of political maneuvering, but because of God’s covenant. This does not mean animosity toward Palestinians; God’s love extends to all people. The conflict in the Middle East is not simply a political or ethnic struggle, but a spiritual battle with deep roots in biblical history. Satan has always sought to thwart God’s plan by targeting the Jewish people, first to prevent the coming of the promised Messiah, and now to hinder the fulfillment of God’s kingdom on earth.
Throughout history, the Jewish people have faced relentless persecution, yet God has miraculously preserved them. The rebirth of Israel as a nation and the return of the Jews to their land are unprecedented events, fulfilling ancient prophecies that lay dormant for centuries. These are not random occurrences, but clear signs that God’s plan is unfolding before our eyes. The restoration of Jerusalem to Jewish control in 1967 marks a significant prophetic milestone, signaling the nearing end of the “times of the Gentiles” and the imminent return of Christ.
The rise of anti-Semitism, even in places where it was once unthinkable, is part of a larger spiritual deception sweeping the world. Ideologies that divide humanity into oppressors and oppressed have fueled hostility and confusion, but as followers of Jesus, we are called to stand for truth, justice, and love. Supporting Israel does not mean opposing Palestinians; rather, it means recognizing God’s faithfulness to His promises and praying for peace and salvation for all.
We live in a world at war, not just physically but spiritually. The church must awaken from complacency and embrace a warfare mentality, fully devoted to advancing God’s kingdom. Our weapons are not of violence, but of love, mercy, and the gospel of Jesus Christ. The finish line is in sight; Christ’s return is near. Now is the time to focus, endure hardship as good soldiers, and live with eternity in view, knowing that in the end, God’s kingdom will prevail and every promise will be fulfilled.
Key Takeaways
1. God’s Everlasting Covenant is Unbreakable God’s promises to His people are everlasting and cannot be broken by human failure or sin. Just as He pledged never to leave or forsake us, His covenant with Israel stands as a testament to His faithfulness. If God’s word to Israel could be broken, our own hope would be in jeopardy, but His character guarantees the security of every promise He has made. [19:27]
2. The Spiritual Battle Behind the Headlines The conflict over Israel is not merely political or territorial; it is a manifestation of a deeper spiritual war. Satan’s strategy has always been to disrupt God’s redemptive plan by targeting the Jewish people, first to prevent the Messiah’s coming, and now to hinder His return. Understanding this spiritual dimension helps us see current events in light of God’s sovereign purposes rather than through the lens of fear or confusion. [21:24]
3. Prophecy Fulfilled in Our Lifetime The return of the Jews to their land, the rebirth of Israel as a nation, and the restoration of Jerusalem are miraculous fulfillments of ancient prophecies. These events, unique in human history, are living proof that God’s word is true and that we are living in prophetic times. The accuracy and specificity of these fulfillments should strengthen our faith and urgency as we await Christ’s return. [32:30]
4. The Call to a Warfare Mentality We are not called to spiritual complacency, but to active engagement in God’s mission. The world is at war, and so must the church be—armed not with hatred, but with the love and truth of Christ. This means living with focus, sacrifice, and a readiness to endure hardship, knowing that our mission is to advance the gospel and prepare for the coming King. [43:22]
5. Radical Christianity: Love in Action True Christian radicalism is not about violence or coercion, but about sacrificial love and mercy. While the world’s ideologies may breed division and hostility, followers of Jesus are called to be living proof of God’s love, even to those considered enemies. Our greatest weapon is the gospel, and our greatest victory is when lives are transformed by Christ’s love.
Genesis 12:1-3 — The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”
2. Ezekiel 36:24 “For I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land.”
3. Luke 21:24 “Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.”

Sermon Clips
If we can't believe God meant Everlasting with the Jews then what hope do we have me and you either God makes a promise and keeps it or he doesn't no listen very carefully the abrahamic Covenant is still very much alive which means that land is still theirs by Divine Promise by Divine declaration by divine right and that's why historically Christians have stood with the Jews. [00:19:40]
Hamas not the average Palestinian that probably is not unlike your family that simply wants to raise their family and live in peace so what is going on here's what happened historically Satan knows if he can stop that promised seed from coming he can stop that promised King that will one day come and crush his kingdom. [00:21:06]
The Old Testament is the the story of Satan trying to stop that seed from ever emerging to stop that seed from even coming you remember when Jesus was finally born Herod decides I'm going to kill all the little baby boys in Bethlehem because I don't want this King to come who was pulling his strings behind that King there was another king a counterfeit King pulling his strings. [00:21:29]
He couldn't stop the Savior King so what does Satan do now in this dispensation in which we live the new New Testament he couldn't keep the promised King from coming but if he can remove the people from the place if he can get the Jews out of the land the promised King can never come again because the Jews are Central to God's plan for a kingdom. [00:21:54]
As long as they're not in the place the king cannot come because when he does come he's going to make good on all the promises of the abrahamic Covenant and they receive all the land in the land grant of which they have never inherited they have never ever been in all the land but they will be one day according to Revelation chap 20 in the millennial Kingdom a Thousand-Year Kingdom. [00:22:16]
If Satan can annihilate Israel he can annihilate the plan of God for a kingdom if he can eliminate forever the Jews he can eliminate forever the kingdom the Jewish Messiah that will one day come the first time he came for a cross the second time he's coming for a crown the first time he came to suffer the second time he's coming to conquer. [00:23:03]
I can prove that every single prophecy made about Christ's first coming was fulfilled perfectly literally and historically in this one man in history Jesus of Nazareth I like my odd it was prophesied centuries ahead of time the Savior King the seed of Genesis 3:15 would be born a Jew and Jesus was of the tribe of Judah and Jesus was of the household of David and Jesus was of the lineage of Jesse and Jesus was born in Bethlehem and Jesus was that he would be crucified and Jesus was between two thieves and Jesus was that he be betrayed for silver and Jesus was that his garments would be gambled for and Jesus was over and over and over again Jesus fulfilled every single one. [00:24:24]
A miracle is something that happens that defies all statistical odds somebody said it's a miracle yesterday your j-hawks beat Oklahoma in football it's a miracle Pastor Phil it may feel like a miracle it may seem like a miracle Kansas beats the number six Oklahoma Sooners not in basketball in football but listen carefully it's it's not a miracle it was statistical improbability but it was not a statistical impossibility. [00:25:31]
Do you understand today we are watching prophecies that lay dormant for centuries being fulfilled in our lifetimes prophecies related to the second coming Ezekiel 36: 24 I will take you the Jews from among the Nations and gather you out of all the countries and bring you back to your own land now to understand the tension hostility over this land in Israel you have to know little history. [00:26:27]
It's never happened in the history of Nations it's never happened in the history of all of humanity has a people been displaced among other people groups yet remained their same distinct ethnicity it's never happened before ever ever ever has not only a people remained their distinct ethnicity when they have been scattered among other people groups but ever have they been reborn as a nation. [00:30:27]
If you're a replacement Theologian you have a very very difficult time explaining why Israel is even around today I would suggest the reason they're still around is God miraculously preserved them why because God still has a plan for them they are still front and sinner in God's plan for a kingdom 1917 God makes good on this promise. [00:30:48]
Jesus gave us a hint he gave us another clue as to what to look for shortly before his second coming in Matthew chapter 21 he curses a fig tree in scripture the Fig Tree is a symbol of the National Life of Israel he curses a fig tree in Matthew 21 because it had leaves but no fruit it was a picture of Israel at that time there was the appearance of life this tree had leaves but because they were rejecting their Messiah they would bear no fruit no fruit spiritually no fruit eternally. [00:31:16]
To stand with Israel as Christians is simply to recognize theologically God gave him this land and practically and politically they have a right to defend their Nation against their enemies and hostility and sadly tragically they will finish a war they did not start right and innocent people on all sides will die. [00:37:09]
What I know is we live in a world at war and one day very soon King Jesus is going to come and he will crush Satan's Earthly Kingdom and the corruption of the Nations it will be the Fulfillment of the Lord's prayer Our Father in Heaven Jesus said Hallowed Be Your Name Your Kingdom Come your will be done on Earth as it is in heaven. [00:41:01]
God is looking for an end times Army of sold out Spirit-filled fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ that will be the end of the spear in the hands of God do you understand listen carefully Islamic radicalism takes Life Christian radicalism gives life Islamic radicalism is built on hostility and hatred do you understand radical Christianity is built on love and mercy. [00:42:29]
We are at War but we're a different kind of warrior we're a different kind of soldier and in our Arsenal is the love of God living proof to a dying desperate world but it demands that we live with a war mentality not a peace mentality Church we're not at peace we will be right now we're at War and that means I'm not going to give less I'm going to give more yes I know these days are hard these days are difficult but we can see the Finish Line. [00:43:17]
