54s
“``Hold on to your conviction. It's our battle cry. It's something that you're willing to die for. It's it's a hill that you'll die on. It it that's the kind of conviction that I'm talking about. Conviction is what our children notice first. It's what usually gets transferred into their lives. Dad believes it, I believe it. Dad models it, I'm gonna follow it. Conviction allows you to live your faith out loud. A faith without fear. A faith that you pass on to your children. And finally, it's not too late to become a good father. Even if you've made mistakes in the past, even if your own children have walked away, and I know some of you have had that happen to you. As long as you're on this side of the grass, there's still a chance for you to become better, for you to make a real change.”

“We're learning in that verse that living a right life is the only way a father can truly bless his children. You live a right life and you will automatically be a blessing to your children. Living right, it it it's kinda like taking a flashlight into a dark room and when experiences this more now than she ever has in the past because of her vision. When you turn you you turn the light on, all of a sudden darkness flees from every corner. You're all of sudden you you're able to see so much better. And and you living right is like that flashlight. When you light up, darkness flees and it gets away. And the other thing is that your actions speak to innocent ears.”

“Your children are blessed when their dad lives right. That's that's just as simple as it could be. Bee says, living a right life is modeled better than it's taught. Now you can sit down with your children and write out the rules and say this is what good dads do. This is, you know, and and give them all kinds of book learning on what what is a good dad, what does that mean, how does that look, but they won't get a thing out of it unless you model it. They see it in you then they will begin to emulate that. They'll begin to see that that, hey, dad really really does believe what he says he believes.”
58s
“It just means that you have the power of god working in you and helping you. Our best fighting really begins on our knee. Man, that's that's where we do our best fighting. I've known a lot of strong men in my life and most of those strong men were both physically strong yet they were spiritually strong. They were able to to get on their knees and they were able to to lift up prayers to God because they understood that's where they get their power from. That's where they get get the the thing that they need to make it through this life that we live. The last thing, conviction holds you up when the world constantly tries to tear you down. When you're convicted about something, you say this is my conviction. This is what I believe. This is where I'll go. This this this far and no farther. That's a conviction. Hebrews three thirteen.”
