"I believe that the Bible makes it clear in Romans chapter 1 that God has presented his truth to every person. God is presented as true to every person in creation and in conscience and working out from that I would say that if a person has not heard of Jesus has not heard the gospel has not had the information to properly accept or reject Jesus then God will judge them by how he responds to what God has shown them in creation and conscience and there may very well be some surprises along the way in who we see in heaven." [00:01:27]

"When it comes to children or perhaps those who are in capacity in some way their special needs folks maybe they just don't have that the rational capability to kind of decide or evaluate and such I'm most interested to move away from the wood I regard the sentimental idea that yes they're saved because they're innocent no none of us are born innocent we're all born with a debt that we inherited from Adam from Eve nevertheless there is in the Bible a principle of accountability." [00:04:19]

"The Bible does reflect for example in first Corinthians speaking about the children of believers being sanctified by a believing parent Paul says there was a time before the law came to me when I was alive and on and on in other passages I believe that again we wish the Bible told us more about this but it's entirely plausible that in the mercy of God such people children those without rational capability will be saved will be in heaven but it's not because they're innocent it's because God in His mercy sees who they are and accounts to them the faith that they at least outwardly speaking are not able to show." [00:05:35]

"Some people have more ability some people have less of not ability more opportunity because they hear the gospel some people have less opportunity but everybody hears the message of creation and conscience that Paul talks about in Romans chapter 1 so I would say this is just part of God's plan and God has determined the people and in which situations which opportunities they live in." [00:11:26]

"Well since the scriptures don't tell us with any kind of specificity heaven would have existed pre-fall it's the place where God lives God has a dwelling place since Hell was prepared for the devil and his angels it's rational to think that it was prepared before human creation but after their fall I would say yes but how could we know that's a great question that maybe God hasn't even created it yet because it's not in use yet so to speak." [00:12:01]

"Just well books really weren't taken out there were ideas among some Christians that there were some books but when you compare the books that some people say were taken out there's talk about things like the gnostic gospels and other books in apocryphal books i mean honestly all you have to do is read those books and read them next to the bible and you'll see how completely radically different they are from the scriptures and so no God has supervised what's in and what's out and he did it through the wisdom of the early church so that there aren't like books that should be in the Bible that aren't in the Bible that revealed to us amazing things about the future." [00:13:07]

"Some people want to make some I think I regard them as crazy ideas for this they say well if it's possible for someone who has never heard of Jesus to be safe then why should we preach the to anybody are you kidding me I mean I I just don't even understand where that thinking comes in at all because if it is possible for I don't know and again I'm just throwing out symbolic numbers okay don't don't judge me on these numbers I'm just using these clearly for the purpose of illustration but if it were possible for one in a hundred thousand to be saved by their response through creation and conscience you you might have ten thousand in a hundred thousand be saved because they responded to the message of the gospel of course we should be preaching the gospel to allow that there's a possibility for God because of what he has revealed to them for them to respond because we do have these people that are strange outliers in the Bible you will know strange outlier Melchizedek where'd he come from how did he come to a faith in the true God who preached the truth to him but God revealed it to him somehow so we don't make kind of policy or thing based on these strange outliers but I would just say God will judge people on the basis of Revelation that he has given them not on the basis of Revelation that he hasn't given them."
