"Paul is on a ship. He's actually on a prisoner ship, and he was on this ship for preaching the gospel, and it got him in trouble with the authorities, and they were transporting him with other prisoners, and he was on this ship, and he gets caught in a very, very terrible, terrible storm." [00:00:39]

"The soldiers' counsel was to kill the prisoners, lest any of them should swim out and escape. But the centurion, willing to save Paul, kept them from their purpose and commanded that they should swim, they could swim, should cast themselves first to the sea and get to land, and the rest, some on boards, some on broken pieces of the ship." [00:02:43]

"When Paul gathered a bundle of sticks and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat and fastened on his hand. When the barbarians saw the venomous beast hang on his hand, they said among themselves, no doubt this man is a murderer, whom though he hath escaped the sea, yet vengeance suffereth not to live." [00:03:31]

"It was a miracle that the ship survived the storm. And the ship actually didn't survive the storm. But it was an absolute miracle. It was a miracle that those that were on the ship survived the storm. But God had come down sometime in that process of all that. And the Lord had said, Paul, I'm giving you all that's on the ship." [00:05:20]

"All hope was lost that they would survive all that's a bad place but I'm telling you there's a there's a lot of people to get to that place where they they feel like all hope is gone nothing no nothing else to hope into but I'm telling you if God if if God can move on the scene for you you're never out of hope." [00:07:54]

"The storm in the sea that, that was, that, that could have destroyed. It could have killed them all. It could destroy them all. It was a miracle that they survived that storm. Had it not been for the Lord, I can tell you, they wouldn't have survived that storm. It was an absolute miracle." [00:10:50]

"This is why because God had a big purpose for Paul's life God was not done with Paul yet y 'all seeing that God wasn't through with him any of these things could have taken him out less things have taken many people out less storms have taken people out the soldiers were determined to to take him out and then the serpent tried its best to kill him but it couldn't kill him because God's hand was upon him." [00:13:50]

"The steps of a good man are ordered to the Lord. And I believe where every temptation, the Lord makes a way of escape. And I believe that every ounce of opposition that comes to the enemy, the Lord has enough grace and mercy available for every test, every trial, every battle, every circumstance, every situation." [00:14:22]

"Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear. It's not a matter of not walking. We will face and deal. We will look at things. We'll get battling, but we walk through. Those things by the grace of God. And the Lord brings us out, and we look back on the backside of that, and we just look and say, man, you know, it had to be the Lord that I survived." [00:16:53]

"We look back like Paul. The three trials here, the sea, the storm, the soldiers, the serpent, all that. At any given day, all these things could have taken Him out, but God wouldn't let them because God's purpose for Him was bigger than all these storms. There's people that are just in the fog of the storm, and I know what that's like." [00:18:59]

"Then he looks back and says, that serpent surely could have took me out that day, but I shook it off. Come on, somebody. It's about time we shake some stuff off around here. Some of y 'all care, and some stuff that it's not the Lord's will you carry. What I'm saying to the Holy Ghost tonight is shake off some stuff that the devil's latched a hold of you." [00:29:17]

"Because if we don't do that the longer we let it hang around it's going to be eventually do more than just latch on to us it's going to get a pretty big bite out of us you can't mess around with this stuff I'm telling you can't mess around you can't play around with hell you can't play around with devils can't do it they don't just they don't just latch on for fun they're meant to destroy you they were sent to destroy you." [00:31:58]
