“Because God deals with our daily life, things that matter for us, things that are part of our lives. Sometimes we think that God is always spiritual and he doesn't care with the things of our daily routine. And yes, he is spiritual and he's our father and he wants us manifest in the supernatural in our daily life.”
“Don't ever think that something is too small like insignificant for for God concerning your life. Don't ever think that well do you know God I think God God doesn't care about uh some wound that I have. I think God doesn't care about uh you name it a different job that I'm looking for or or fixing up my my window at my house or improving my relationship with my kids. Don't ever think that one thing in your life is too small for God to care about that.”
“If is important for you, guess what? God is involved on that. Amen. And it's interesting because when Maxon was hurt, I was coming to church. No. Yeah. I think it was a Wednesday. I was coming to church and I passed by another high schooler which also hurt his foot and uh I started talking with him and I said, "Oh, Maxton got his foot hurt also." Right. And oh yeah, yeah, but my injury is like minor. I'll be back soon, but he's not coming back this this season. He said that, right? Obviously, he was just repeating the report and not not expecting faith from him. But it's interesting because and when he said that I was thinking, h I'm not sure about that.”
“Who said that? The Bible says that God even he created the whole universe. He cares if you're having a good day or not. Yeah, he cares. He And it's interesting because I I when I was going to say that I thought except about you, Gregory, that if you're not selling, you know, the day that you're not selling any like and you feel the pressure, God is looking at you and he cares. And I'm not trying to be emotional, right? I'm not trying to be be, you know, make your your soul. But what I'm saying is that that's a reality because if if Maxon want to play, man, he's a senior.”
“And the way to do that is not for you to become led by your soul, by your feelings, but by submitting your feelings to be transformed by the word of God and his spirit in you. So, it's interesting because God doesn't want you being led by your feelings, but it doesn't mean that your feelings are not important. If that makes sense.”
“If you pay attention to God's commandments, if you walk in the spirit, if you follow the principles of the word, what is going to happen is your life will be like a gentle river flowing in peace. What people most need in our days is peace. We have people that are depressed, people that are bipolar, people that are discouraged.”
“When we go to the streets and we see homeless people, why do you have so many homeless people? It's not that this country doesn't have resource. It's mostly you connected with addiction, traumas. So people give up of their lives, gave up trying, gave up uh fighting. It's all about their souls get tired because it's always this struggle.”
“If you pay attention for today's message, okay, you're going to understand how to overflow in peace, in abundance, in profit. So many things, as I was saying last week, we do so many things that doesn't add anything to our lives.”
“And one thing that I've seen is like young people that are like really in love for God, but they are so in love for God and for the church that they don't want to work. They stop working. It's like just coming to church, come to church, finish high school, don't go to college, don't really get to work. And they are serving God. And some of them want to be missionary but they're not very disciplined in in pray in praying in seeking the word. So they it's like sometimes I've seen not all of them but some people I saw they just lazy don't want to work so they want they use the ministry as an excuse. The ministry is not a place for lazy people.”
“The problem was not Martha working. The problem was her losing her peace. And the first thing that she did wrong, she was distracted. She was distracted. We can get so soaking into our daily routine in our thoughts in responsibilities that we stop paying attention. We get distracted. you're not listening to the Lord.”
“Distraction and fear will kill your peace. Distraction and fear will kill your peace. Always word. Always word. You're not good enough. You're not have time enough. You don't you don't have the resource. You don't have the tools. When you're doing something that you know that you'll be able to accomplish, to finish and do well, guess what? You have peace. The troubles are when you you the time's like clocking out. It's almost like the time is almost done. I need to finish.”
“The first thing that you have to do is be organized. Jesus was very organized. He said, "Sit them down in groups of 50." You know when you get to to your house after a party and everybody left and it's all messed up. You look around, you don't even know where to start. Is that right?”
“You have to speak blessings over your work. Look what Jesus did. He looked up to heaven and said a blessing over them. Look, you have to stop complaining. You have to stop complaining. Well, this job is terrible. This work is horrible. This company is terrible. This salary, this income, this kind of work, my schedule. Your words matter. Your words change things. Your words change the environment.”
“Everything starts from what you have. You always have something to be God's instrument to bless you. Let's not have this mentality of give me, give me, give me. Let me tell you, do you know who can repair the damage to society? Christ and obedience to him because do not put yourself in a position of needy.”
“The solution is you turning your eyes to Christ and say, "Lord, I'm I'm in trouble. I didn't have the same opportunities. I didn't have blah blah blah." and and and and and that's the situation. But Lord, so now what? How can you teach me how to profit?”
“God loves giving you a challenge that is larger than your natural capacity. Oh yes. Say preach. Oh my goodness. God loves calling us to do things that we are not naturally speaking capable to do that. So do you know why? So the glory will not be ours.”
