“You do realize we're not necessarily talking about a machine. Often time, we wanna go to machinery and we wanna say, well, you know, you got gears, you've got this, you've got that, you've got this, and it all has to work together for that machine to produce or to do what you want it to. That's all well and good, and that is true. But the fact is this morning, the church is not a machine. The church is not a mechanical thing. The church is an organism. It's alive. It is the Lord Jesus Christ, and we must remember that we still are members in one body. Amen. Yes. That's right. There's many members. We must cooperate.”

“We see the dependence in her consideration considering one another. You know this this morning. There's some in here. They're no they're not as far along as you are. Consider that. Consider them. They're they're not where you are, maybe in maturity. Help them. Don't don't get to the place where you're gonna criticize them before you get to the place before you try to help them. We're quick with the criticism. That's not what they need. I know there's constructive criticism. Don't get me wrong, but what they really need is not somebody say, hey, listen. This what let me show what the Bible says right here. Let me help you with what the word of God says right here. Let me let me further you along. Let me be the mature Christian. Let me be the cooperative one that's gonna help you in Christ and do what you wanna do. And that's the dependence of the church. Secondly, we notice the diversity of the church.”

“Somebody said, well, I I wanna minister. I wanna minister, but I don't wanna do that. Then you don't wanna minister. If you're stipulating what you're going to do, then what you're saying is I don't really to minister means to serve, means to be a servant, means to serve others. Somebody said, well, what do you what do you mean? We find in the Lord Jesus Christ. He said, the son of man come not to be ministered unto, but to minister. He said, I've come to serve. I've come to be a servant. And so this morning, can I say this? That's a gift. There are some that seems like, man, they're just natural born servants.”

“You need to remember this morning that the dependence of the church, if you think about it this, the consideration of the dependence. The consideration. You do realize, yes, the church depends on Jesus Christ because without him, there's no church. He is the head. The Bible is clear in the book of Colossians. He has the preeminence or he should have, which is why we sing about Jesus, which is why we, say about Jesus, which is why we, when we're here, make much of Jesus. We wanna exalt his name. We wanna exalt his word. Matter of fact, his word is to be exalted above his name even. Amen. That's what the Bible says. That's what the word of God says. Never make light and just say, oh, that's just the Bible.”
