Deliverance doesn't get you into the promised land. Devotion gets you into the promised land. Deliverance breaks the curse, but devotion breaks the cycle. Deliverance heals the heart, but devotion makes the heart strong so that you can live and be everything that God has called you to be. Deliverance and devotion works together and unlocks the blessing for what God has in your life.

Deliverance doesn't get you into the promised land. Devotion gets you into the promised land. Deliverance breaks the curse, but devotion breaks the cycle. Deliverance heals the heart, but devotion makes the heart strong so that you can live and be everything that God has called you to be.

It makes no sense for a doctor to do a quadruple bypass surgery on your heart to save your life and you go right back to the same habits. [00:00:35]

There's an old saying like, coming to church, just coming to church doesn't fix everything. There's an old saying that I grew up with in sports and with my father. He said, what you put into it is what you're going to get out of it. What you decide to put into it today decides what you're going to get out of it. [00:05:14]

You can be in church and not be in church. You can check in on Sunday and leave here the same, or you can decide, you know what? I'm going to lean in. I'm going to choose to live devoted, and I'm going to leave here different. [00:05:30]

If you want blessing in your life, it's not just living a life of deliverance, Jesus saved me, but it's living a life that is fully devoted to the Lord and his church. That's the heartbeat behind it all. [00:07:16]

The grace of God will meet you no matter where you are. But we're not supposed to abuse grace. Like it's the devotion. It's the heart of deliverance and devotion. [00:07:55]

I thank God he delivered me from anxiety and depression so that I can live a life devoted to peace. I thank God he delivered me from a life of impurity so I can live a life devoted to holiness. I thank God he delivered me from addiction and pain and from hurt and from bitterness so I can live a life full of joy. [00:09:40]

Deliverance will set you, Jesus will set you free, but devotion will keep you free. [00:10:12]

Purpose is unlocked with devotion. You can say it like this, write it down. Devotion releases purpose. [00:10:45]

If God didn't need you, he wouldn't have sent you to this world. The quicker you begin seeing you the way that God sees you, purpose will unlock in your life. [00:11:07]

The quicker you begin seeing you the way that God sees you, purpose will unlock in your life. And devotion, if you're in the room, you're searching God, what is my purpose? What is my next step? I thought it was this way, but apparently because of life in a broken world, you're searching God. [00:11:11]

I want blessing, not just for me, but the Bible says that the blessing will not just be for me, but it's a generational blessing. It'll be for my children and for my children's children. I don't, I, how many know I want my ceiling to be my children's foundation. [00:12:32]

Let me tell you what shakes the devil at his knees is not somebody that is a believing God for a miracle or for deliverance. What shakes the devil at his knees is somebody who is devoted to the very purpose and the God -given gift that God has put him on the inside. [00:16:39]

If I lose friends, but I gain Jesus, I gain everything. If I lose certain things, but I gain Jesus, I gain everything. Devotion unlocks purpose and blessing. [00:17:35]

Baptism is the best way to let the world publicly know you're going to live a devoted life with Jesus. Baptisms is the one act, the only act that helps the all three moments of the miracle of the cross. When somebody's baptized, it represents the death, the burial, and the resurrection. [00:17:59]

Deliverance and devotion works together. I don't know about you, but I've learned in my life, I've learned in my life that I need to hold on to the miracle of yesterday to keep me devoted, to believe in my faith alive, for my faith for what I'm believing for today. Because how many know if God did it before, he can do it. [00:19:56]

Your character speaks to devotion, your daily choices speak to devotion. I can hang out with you for one hour and I can find out if you devoted or not devoted. In other words, show me your friends and I'll show you your future. [00:24:02]

Devotion takes a fight. It's the moment you say yes to Jesus you got an enemy that's going to do everything it can to try to attack you. You might leave here today and say yep all right b you got me fired up i'm going to live for jesus stronger than i ever have come thursday you get that email you get that text you get that call and your devotion is going to be challenged. [00:25:02]

You fight with two things. You fight with friends and you fight with God's word. Devoted friends will help keep you devoted. Come on, are you with me? That's why you need groups. And can I tell you right now, you fight with God's word. [00:27:15]

Don't give up. Get some readiness about you. Get a fight and a grit about you. Say, devil, you ain't going to win in my marriage. Devil, you ain't going to win in my family. Addiction will not be a part of my life. I won't lose this joy. I won't lose this hope. I'm going to fight. And when I can't fight, I'm going to get some friends around me. They're going to fight with me and for me. [00:29:14]

That you are devoted no matter what. Devoted no matter what. We live in a broken world. Sometimes God answers prayers, and I believe that he will. But sometimes there's prayers that he doesn't answer, and I don't know. I don't understand certain sicknesses. I don't understand certain things. I don't understand why things take place. But I know this. When the world throws a punch, it's not going to make me doubt my God. No matter what, I'm going to stay devoted to you, Lord. No matter what. [00:29:44]

Heaven is worth it all. I know we live in a broken world. People are going to hurt you. Things are going to take place, but true devotion is saying, Lord, no matter what the world throws at me, no matter what, I'm going to serve you because at the end of the day, I want to hear, well done, good and faithful servant. Devotion sets a reservation. [00:32:49]
