Day 2: Finding Strength in Weakness
When we feel like we're at the end of our rope, it's an opportunity to rely on God's strength rather than our own. Our weaknesses can become a platform for God's power to be displayed in our lives, reminding us that His grace is sufficient for every challenge we face. In moments of weakness, we are invited to lean into God's strength, trusting that He will sustain us. This reliance on God not only brings us through difficult times but also deepens our relationship with Him as we experience His faithfulness firsthand. [00:09]
2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (ESV): "But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong."
Reflection: Identify a weakness in your life that you often try to hide or overcome on your own. How can you invite God to show His strength through this weakness today?
