4. "Be still and know that I'm God. He says, be still. If you've walked into Hobby Lobby and you searched the home decor, I'm sure there's a be still, know that I'm God somewhere. You might have seen it on a shirt. You might have heard that before. It's one of those verses of the Bible that somebody might put on Facebook or social media. It's kind of iconic. It says, be still, the literal interpretation. And some Bibles will put the literal interpretation. It says, cease striving. Be still. Cease striving." 5. "The more you know God, the more you're drawn to him. And the song says this. Be still. Cease striving. Just stop. And know God. Know who he is. Because once you know who he is, just like the guy in the commercial, everything changes. But that takes time. Like if you want to know God, you really want to know him, I'm just telling you, it takes time. Just like any relationship with intimacy takes time. It's going to take time." 6. "You've got to find time in your day, in your week, in your month, in your year where you just stop. Where you just stop and know God. Where you just rest. That's why you saw that video that we introed in and we had a couple of people, Naomi, who's done the walk. She actually has walked on her own and she's already practiced that before. 7. "Do you know one of those top ten? God says keep the Sabbath. Keep a day off. Keep a day in your week where you can just stop and recreate and rest. Because the God who designed you and knows you who is all powerful and all knowledgeable says I designed you and you have to stop during the week." The title of it, the name of it is the prison inside. That's the name of it. That's a picture of it. It looks like a prison. People go and they pay $90 a day. Some people go for 24 hours. Some people go for 48 hours. They pay $90 a day. And when they walk in, they turn their phone into a basket because they don't get to take their phone with them." 9. "If that's you, you're a follower of Jesus already, but you've gotten off track. And you're in the rat race. And you're going 100 miles an hour. You don't know how to Sabbath. You don't know how to stop. Listen, just stop. You've got to trust God. Trust God enough with your life that when he says you can do what you need to do in six days, that you can do what you need to do in six days. That he's telling the truth.
