God will give you who you need to help and he will make it quite plain. Notice, he stopped them. He prevented them and then he showed them and when god shows you who god has for you, it it changes your whole outlook on life. If you think about it from this perspective because not every good thing is your god thing. You'll be so, it would have been good to go preach in Asia but it was not for you to go preach in Asia. It it it would have been good but god didn't call you or assign you to do that. Not every open road is your assignment. Not every time I see something, it's worth what god wants me to deal with but but when god makes it plain to me, he shows me my season of work. Pray specifically for what you want the lord to show you and who you want the lord to show you to reach for. All last week, I I had a list of folks. I I I have 16 people on a list and I've been asking god to show me the one and and god put it in my spirit who my one is and I'm going to write my one down because I'm going to continue to pray for that one. It's not just for them to come to church but for them to develop a relationship with god for them to get to know Jesus as their personal lord and savior. I don't want my vision to be blurry. I I I don't want to be not focused on it. I want god to show me every single thing about that person that I need to pray for. [00:44:34] (50 seconds)  #PraySpecifically Download clip

So, you got to be specific and church, we need to get specific to. It's easy to pray. Lord, bless everyone. It's easy to pray. Lord, save the world. It's easy to pray the lord save somebody but last week, we were calling on god to in our prayer tools and allow us to focus on just that one. Me the one on my job that I need to pray for. Show me the one in my family that I need to pray for. Show me the one in my neighborhood. Show me the one in my friend group. Show me the one who is that that that I need to pray for regardless of what going on. Show me the one I need to invite. [00:46:01] (40 seconds)  #FocusYourPrayers Download clip

First point is you have to abide in his presence. That's why he said that having kept being kept by the holy spirit. Whenever god has that for you, when you if you abide with god, if you stay with god, god will take care of you. If you if you're in god's presence, you're not performing. If you're listening, you don't step out without god telling you. Before you ask god for a name, ask god to be close to you because if god is close to you, god will show you who you supposed to deal with. [00:42:43] (37 seconds)  #AbideInHisPresence Download clip

this week, my granddaughter vision had some struggles in her life. She had some school struggles. She had some after school struggles, and she had some at home struggles. And when she was going through her struggles, she understood that that the pressures of life was causing her to act a different way and she gave me this nugget because it's so powerful. She said, I just need a lot of prayer. Can you imagine how you would have felt if you you your grandchild reminds you in her struggle that and god will let you use everything that he does because she knew she was wrong and and she had been in trouble and she was looking for an avenue out and she realized that all I got to do is talk to the savior because he'll take care of me. But before Paul could cry for Macedonia, he had to get close enough and hear what god have for him. Notice what the text said. It it says, having been kept by the holy spirit. Before god shows you who you must connect with god, shows you an assignment. He gives you a job. God wants you to understand that regardless of what you're doing in your life, god's got an assignment for you and because god has an assignment for you, he has to prepare you for that assignment. You know, it's really hard to have to deal and talk to people who sometimes you don't even acknowledge them. You know? I'm just being real. You know, it's hard because we oftentimes let our life get so busy. Life keeps going around and and we're looking at various different ways to do things and and oftentimes, there's somebody sitting there quietly that we ignore. The reason I I I'm doing it this way y'all because I know often times we get busy and we forget but if you take it and write their name on that card and put it somewhere where you will remember it, it's chances are you'll remember to pray for them every day. You can put it in your pocketbook. You can put it on your card with dash. You can put it in the inner console in your car but just remember to begin to pray for that one person in your heart. Amen. This campaign was not brought by it was brought by me talking to god and saying, god, what do you want me to do? It is a season of prayer. It it is a season of discernment. It's a season of obedience and a season of great expectation. [00:35:37] (40 seconds)  #WriteTheirNameDown Download clip

Because the truth be told, often times, we we don't look for those people. We look at those people. Oftentimes, we do just like they do. They say in the Bible, sometimes we see em and we crossover to the other street and to to avoid them. You you know, I I can only tell y'all what I believe and how I struggle throughout my life. I've seen myself in situations that people didn't realize that people knew I needed help but didn't bother to say anything to me. People, people who would just look over you and think that you got it all together even though you were struggling and going through trouble. People who did not care about you even though god was telling to call out your name and here we find ourselves talking and find ourselves looking at what what what the what the writer says because we we have to realize that we're asking god to show us one person.
