“If our children watch us, what will they see? What will it lead? Will it lead them to the foot of the cross? And I I I listen. I know we all come short of the glory of god. I get that. I understand that in my own life. I often have, I feel like I need to explain although I don't have to but I always kneel before I come to the pulpit to pray because I know Randy and I know there maybe things in my life that hadn't been pleasing to god and before I stand up here on this holy platform behind this holy desk to preach his word, I want to make sure that my heart is right with him and I ask him, lord, if there's anything that would hinder today, the people from receiving your word, please remove it from me but I think first of all, that the men walk with integrity. In Joshua chapter 24 and verse 15, he says, as for me and my house, we'll what? Serve the lord.”

“his children are blessed after him. When we think about this right here and we think about integrity on Father's Day, are you a man of your word? Do you speak the truth in season and out of season? Whether you're at home, whether you're at work, or wherever you are, are we men of integrity today? I would say, are we Christians of integrity today? You know, in our society that really Christians today are not the most highly favored people. And sometimes it's because of those in the name of Christianity don't live Christianity. They say one thing and do something else and we need desperately to be modeling modeling Christianity with great integrity. And on Father's Day, you know, we reflect on the influence that fathers have. Good, bad, or indifference. Fathers have influence.”

#KeepYourWord
“``Whatever they say, their word is their bond. Remember, some of you are old enough in here to remember back in the day when you made a deal and you shook hands and that was all it was and it stood. You didn't have to have three pieces of paper. You didn't have to have a lawyer. You didn't have to have whatever your word was was your bond. And men, we need to be that way today. And if I were speaking to fathers all over because I am an expert in this, if you tell your children you're gonna do something, then you ought to do it. And if you don't do it, you ought to repent and ask them to forgive you, and everybody ought to say amen right then. We need to lay we need to lead with integrity. We need to lead our lives in such a way that our children know that without a shadow of a doubt that the lord is the manager of our soul. Amen? He is the one that controls our life and sees us. Honesty in our speech is our bond.”

“Fathers, pray with your children. Fathers, share scriptures with your children. Fathers, read scriptures. Find a time somewhere in the schedule and I know it probably doesn't happen over here but in people that I associate with and families that I associate with in my own families, They got plenty of time to get on the screen. These electronic screens, if you ever wanna read a good book, it's called digital cocaine. Digital cocaine. It will it will open your eyes what the digital world is doing to us today but that and then thirdly, a godly father leaves a lasting legacy or a blessing to their children.”
