“``A lot of people miss that. And see, we have to understand that as Noah was being that leader, as he was being that doing what God said, the world does it. Can I tell you this? Noah was not a perfect father. Read the rest of the story. You see, the world doesn't need perfect fathers. It needs fathers who keeps the windows open. It's the fathers who look toward God. It's the fathers who point their families toward God. It's the fathers who pray when others panic. It's the fathers who believe when others doubt. It's fathers who lead when others quit. You see church, because when a father keeps the window open toward heaven, his family has a better chance of finding their ways through the storm.”
60s
“And, you know, one of the most important things that a father gives his family is not money, is not possessions, and is not even opportunities. He gives him a vision. And Noah did exactly that. Noah built an ark and saved his family from destruction. But one but God instructed him to put a window in the ark. this is very unique that he put a window in the ark. While everyone was focused on surviving the storm, Noah had a way to look beyond the storm. A godly father helps his family see beyond today's struggles and toward God's promises. The world has plenty of people pointing out the storm. Today, families need fathers who can point toward God. Amen.”

“You see, here's the thing. Notice that there was not windows around the ship like a cruise ship. You know why? Because as the rains poured, as the waves crashed, as things happened, people would begin to focus more on the problems than on God. And that's why when God told Noah to put that window strategically in the upper part that as they always would look at the window, they were always looking up to God and not around at the circumstances. And as the Noah was there and he was doing the work that God had called him to do, when the floodwaters rose, Noah did not look at the floodwaters. He looked up to God because he had to look through the window.”

“Fathers, I want to challenge you. I want to challenge you right now. So every dad look at me right now. your children look at you, what father are they seeing? What father is your grandchildren seeing? What what father is your nephews, your nieces? What are they seeing? How are they seeing that you go through your life? Are you going through your life depending yourself or are you going through life depending on God? When they look at you, do they see fear or do they see faith? When they look at you, do they see anger or peace? Despair or hope? Complaining or worship? You see, Noah built a window into the ark. placed that window there because God told him to. Because God knew that despite all the circumstances that were going around, if Noah would continually to keep his eyes focused on the one thing that matters, it would all be okay.”
