“``It's important that you understand, my brothers and sisters, amen, and saints in the house, that sometimes God calls men to rise up and to step in the place over in the place of a father over children who is not theirs biologically. I'm not just talking about being a stepfather over someone's children or adopting a child, but I'm talking about being a godfather over someone's children, playing a fatherly mentor role over children in the neighborhood. The point being is that this calling can be transferred or shared with somebody else. What am I saying? If someone doesn't step up in their fatherly protection, guess what? God can raise up somebody else to stand in their place. Are y'all hearing this?”

“Because the father brings divine protection from god, that's why one of Satan's greatest goals is to separate the father from the household. That's why his greatest assignment, amen, and one of his greatest tactics is to try to get men and women at odds against each other. Why? Because Satan understands when I get the man or the father up out of the household, I can run rough shot over the entire household. Why? Because I've been able to remove part of that spiritual covenant covering over that household.”

“In other words, a father's strength is not in some biological difference between men and women. That sometimes people say, well, you know, the father provides protection because they are men are, you know, on average stronger than women which scientifically is true, but that's not the basis of the strength of a father. Somebody say a father's strength comes from god. Y'all need to hear this word today. The he was able to provide protection because god divinely strengthen him to do so.”
38s
“Whether you like it or not, there are blessings connected to your connection to your father. Somebody said, I don't believe it. That's why the bible says when you honor your father and your mother, the days of your life are lengthened. The length of your days is predicated on, oh my god, whether you honor your father and your mother. How many people here, I wanna live long on the earth. I don't know about you. I'm gonna be selfish right now, but I said, Lord, I wanna live long on the earth. I don't wanna die prematurely.”
