#FaithInCommunity
“Whenever and times will come where you cannot carry the load alone. God will send people alongside you to pray with you when you cannot pray for yourself. When you don't even wanna talk to God, people will intercede for you. People will comfort you, and we're just not meant to do life alone. There's another verse in Ecclesiastes that says, two is better than one, for when one falls, the other can pick them up. But woe is the man who falls, and he has no one there to pick them up. So if you're trying to do the Christian walk alone, I don't think it's going to work yet. It's it's you need community.”

#DecideOrSlide
“when you're setting boundaries with people, the time that you set the boundaries is probably the most important. My dad taught me this thing. It's called decide or slide. So the I'm not gonna use the example that he used, but he said he said the time for you to set a boundary is before you find yourself already in, you know, in the situation. So for me, I feel like, especially when you're living away or if you're working in an environment and people are con conflict conflicting, I feel like you cannot afford to be quiet about your faith. You have to be bold about your faith. You have to let people know, hey. I'm a Christian. I don't believe in conforming to the patterns of the world.”

#GodGoesBeforeYou
“Before I moved away, I was deeply rooted in prayer because I was terribly afraid of leaving my family, my friends, and everything that I knew. But during my time in prayer, I remember God really calming me down and putting my soul to rest, and He assured me that he's gonna go ahead of me. He's going to go to The UK, and he's gotta be there. And then I'm gonna come to The UK, and I'm gonna meet him there. And I remember the day my parents left, it felt like all of the air was sucked out of my body. I watched them walk. It was the scariest moment of my life.”

#PrayerCommunity
“I found community within this church, but also outside of the church. A group of my I just found some friends through. We all know Donnie. He gathered a group of people who we thought was serious about living out what they claim to believe in. And all of us went on to different sides of the on different sides of the world that same September break for school, and we remained very, very close online. And I think there were times where I couldn't pray for myself, and they prayed for me. We prayed for each other. There were times when people wanted to throw in the towel, and we encouraged each other to stick to stick it through. We fasted together. We grieve together. And I honestly don't think that the Christian life is meant to be done alone.”
