#RememberTheLordFirst
“``And the only way we're gonna get in the right fight is if we remember the Lord. We have to remember the Lord. So the next time you're facing something, it's it's not like, hey. Pep talk. I'm not gonna pep talk you. I'm so good at pep talks. I can pep talk all day long at the altar here. You got this. I believe in you. You know? It's like no one needs a pep talk. They need to know to look to the Lord. They need to know to look to the author and the finisher of their faith, which is not me. It's not not you. Thank God. Because we would fail people. We fail people daily. I'm terrified of failing my kids. Terrified. So what do I do? Remember the Lord.”

#WorshipPrayerWork
“In the middle of opposition, they looked, they remembered the Lord who is great and glorious, and they returned to their work. It says the laborers and the workers it says that they would work with a sword in one hand and their hand the other hand on their load, on their work. So they're double handing here. One hand on a weapon defending because there's still an imminent threat around them, and the other hand is is doing the work. And that that needs to be us today. That needs to be us today. So you have your weapon. You have your word. We have worship. We have we have prayer. We have our weapons that we use to go into fight with. We have our faith, and then we have our work. And our work, that's what's the Holy Spirit has to reveal to you. The Holy Spirit has to reveal to you. I can sit here and tell you all the things wrong with you because I'm really good at being judgy.”

#BreakGenerationalRubble
“Because we're so used to rubble, we're so used to things being destroyed that we're saying, no. No. No. This is just who we are. Oh, I get it from my dad. I get my anger from my dad. I get my my lack of this. I get my bad communication in my marriage. Oh, it's the same thing with my parents, the same thing with me, same thing with my sisters. And we excuse away generational dysfunction when God would say, do you have faith today to see that wall rebuilt? Do you have faith today to see it not only identified and give you a solution for, but do you see it actually being rebuilt in your life today?”

#FocusOnGodInOpposition
“In other words, fight for the things that matter. Get back in the fight for the things that matter. But we cannot do that if you're looking at the pile of rubble. He says, look and remember the Lord. And so today, that that that's the message for today is remember the Lord. And keep in mind, he said this still. The wall was not rebuilt. They're still surrounded by broken walls. They're surrounded by external circumstances threatening to kill them. They're still being mocked. They're still being persecuted. They're being threatened, and the opposition is still real. They're tired. They're exhausted. Anybody in the room, tired or exhausted? In other words, nothing has changed in their external circumstances, and yet Nehemiah brings their focus back to to the Lord saying, remember the Lord who is great and glorious.”
