They call us to stand firm in our pursuit of righteousness, to seek peace, and to uplift those who are suffering under systemic oppression. Part of my responsibility as a pastor is to be a calm presence amid fear and uncertainty, bearing witness to an unchanging truth that no matter what happens, God is in control.
