#JesusDrankTheWrath
“``Because your holiness is gonna produce the greatest horror this earth has ever seen. Thank you for our Lord and savior Jesus Christ who, for the joy set before him endured the cross. He actually drank the full cup of your wrath in six hours. That is gonna take seven years to unleash on this earth. He drank every drop for us if we should choose to believe. We love you and thank you. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen?”

#PopulateHeaven
“There isn't something wrong with them, there's something wrong with you. When you fully understand what that's gonna be like and you could care less about people, then there's something wrong with you because you're being careless with the gospel. This should fire us up and be like, you know what our job is? It's to populate heaven. Let's make Bowling Green, Kentucky the hardest place on the earth to go to hell from. That's the passion. Not, oh my gosh, all these people are wrong and they get what they deserve. True. But Christ died for them as well.”

#Revelation16Judgment
“And this moment, this seven year season of utter destruction that ends with what's the it's not even called the battle of Armageddon because it's not a battle. There's no battling with God. It's over instantly. It's one verse. One verse in Revelation 16. It's over. It's an utter bloodbath instantly and instantaneously, and it is our lord and savior that unleashes it and institutes it. Okay?”

#ChooseDeliverance
“And today, it's it literally it's decision time. Deliverance or destruction? Which of those two? Make it about you now. There is a promised place, and Israel was representative representative of of that, that, reflective reflective of the reality that there's a perfect place for perfected people. And as heaven is so delightfully real, so hell is delightfully delightfully horrible. What are you gonna do? What are you going to do? Stand against him or stand with him? For didn't Jesus say, you're either with me or you're against me. No neutral.”

#SupperOfTheLamb
“There's an angel in the sun calling all the birds and said, get ready for the supper of God. What happens just before this in Revelation 19 is the gathering of the saints for the wedding feast of Christ. We get to go to a meal that will blow our minds. We'll finally sit at a table with Christ. Christ will serve us like he served the disciples that night. He swore that he would never drink of the vine again until he drank it again anew with you in heaven. And that's going to happen after the rapture and towards the end of the seven years, there's gonna be this beautiful wedding reception. And we'll I don't know how, but we will do it. We will all be sitting at tables enjoying the greatest feast you have ever eaten in your life. So you're either invited to the wedding supper of the lamb or you are currently the supper for the birds.”

#DestructionOrDeliverance
“We're actually going to look at there's a final section in Ezekiel 38 through 48. There's a final section in Revelation 19 through 21. There's a final phase of human history, and all three of those are the same. There's only two phases left in Ezekiel's book. There's really two phases in the final section of Revelation, and there's two phases left in all of human history, and they are destruction or deliverance. That's all that's left.”

#InChristNotTarget
“And I know it's hard to get our head around this truth and you'll see it today, but God does have enemies. And if you're a follower of Jesus Christ, it's not you. And follower of Jesus Christ, we have enemies, but it's not God. God has enemies. There's no question about that. But if you're in Christ, it's not you. If you're in Christ, you have enemies, but you gotta understand, it's not God.”

#EvangelismNotRevelry
“And what Ezekiel would tell us and what John's gonna show us, what Jesus says in Matthew 24, what we'll see in Revelation 19 today is there's still one thing more shocking than that when God destroys his enemies. It really is shocking. And again, if we're people who are gonna revel in that, you're wrong. If you're gonna rejoice in that, you're wrong. In fact, we should show rest in it. The primary motivating, the primary attitude, the primary action this should produce is called evangelism.”

#UnsoftenedGospel
“But I'm not allowed to soften this. I won't. I refuse to soften this. And if this had to be the last sermon I ever preached in my life because you couldn't take you're like, get a new pastor, I can go down with this one. I can walk away with this one because this is the absolute truth. And we need to redial in our compasses so that we are so effective for evangelism because who would want this?”

#GraceAndHoliness
“But you don't have to wait that long for the horror to begin. And there's something about the totality of God's wrath and holiness that makes one of two things the responses in most modern believers hearts. You take it and you you're a hellfire and brimstone and everybody's going to hell, or you're just like, what? You just don't even wanna talk about it. You you mitigate the severity of it and you just talk about grace, grace, grace, grace, grace, grace, grace. But what what is like, what does grace mean in the absence of the horror of God's holiness? And Ezekiel started this beautiful prophetic work. If you remember the first couple weeks, we we had to read about the horror of God's holiness, and that was being dispensed against his own people. Can you imagine? Just imagine in your mind what it's gonna be like for those who aren't God's people.”

#RestInGodsControl
“And as we propel more and more and more towards the end of all things, A proper world view will do multiple things, but the most important thing it is, it doesn't give us license to revel in the ruin of people who don't know Christ. Don't ever do that. We don't rejoice in the ruin of those who don't know Christ. What we do is we rest in that. We're able to rest in the reality that God is in control of all things at all times. That while the nations rage, the bible Bible says, God is in control of all things. And while it may seem like, as David and other psalmists wrote, why does it seem as though the wicked continue to prosper? It's because God hasn't yet charged all those accounts yet, that's why.”

#GraceHasBounds
“And you ask yourself, how do you get to a point in a world where you can look at a situation like that and be like, no, he gets to stay. No, he doesn't get to stay. He should've went to jail and he never even went to jail. And part of the reason we get there is because we have man has since the garden redefined God. We want it to be grace knows no bounds. It knows bounds. It definitely knows bounds. Okay? You don't repent, he will ruin you. If you don't repent, he will destroy you. Period. There's not stages and areas of hell that are a little less hot because when that phase of destruction unleashes itself and you find yourself unsaved, it is going to be horrible.”

#ChooseYourSide
“But in human history, there will be one more time in a seven year period where there's going to be a beast empire that is led by the antichrist. He is going to have a prophet called the false prophet. So we we have a prophet speaking, there will be a false prophet speaking against it. They have an antichrist. We have the one true Christ. And they have Satan, and we have God. There's a trinity of evil and a trinity of righteousness. And you've gotta make a decision which side are you on or do you wanna be on. Because you're either with him or you're against him. You're either his child or you're his enemy.”

#SpiritualIsrael
“Now, the church doesn't replace Israel. They're two completely separate entities, Paul says, that becomes one. Like in marriage, the two become one. The walls, Paul said, of hostility have been torn down between the Jew and the Gentile, Paul tells us. And we are blessed to be, if you will, spiritual Israel right now, the body of Christ. Because we're children of Abraham, it says in Romans chapter four, that we're saved the same way Abraham was through faith. And anyone saved through faith is a child of God, Jew and Gentile alike. Again, I'm not ashamed of the gospel for it is the power of God for all who believe, to the Jew first and then the Gentile, Romans one sixteen. Not ashamed of that at all.”

#GraftedIntoTheVine
“Read read Romans 10. We're just a wild shoot, we Gentiles. We're not we weren't even the original vine. God picked us up the off the ground and says we were just a wild bucksnort, and he grafted us into the regular vine. His affinity has always been and will always be to these people. As it was with dry bones, so it will be with dead bones. And I hope you saw the difference. It's about declaration. This world will one day know who he is fully and completely. And that's because they've been delivered by him or destroyed by him.”
37s
#RaptureAsRescue
“And discipline and deportation as we saw, taking the hundreds of thousands of people out of the promised land and carting them off to Babylon seemed like the punishment. That was not the punishment. That was the protection. That's the rapture, removing them from the land because destruction was coming. Those who remained were the ones who were destroyed. Those who were taken out, those who were taken on, those are the ones, sure, disciplined for their choices, but protected from God's wrath.”

#ThenYouWillKnow
“Because the day's coming when he's going to show his greatness and his holiness, and he will make himself known in the sight of all those nations that gather together to rise up against Christ in the end. Then they will know, hence the name of the series. All all throughout the book, it's then you, then then you, then you, then you, then you, then you, then you will know God speaking to his people. Through the discipline of God, you will know I'm your Lord. You will know I'm your Lord. And we've said it throughout this, if you're not being disciplined for your poor choices, that's not a good thing. Don't rejoice. Repent. Because that means you're not his child.”

#InvestForEternity
“But I know what judgment and condemnation and destruction is gonna look like. We know how this is gonna end. That's why we're so passionate. The why of Crossland Community Church, it's this simple. The alternative to Jesus Christ is eternally devastating. So why do we take kids to camp? Why do I ask you to give millions of dollars? Why are we adding another nine classrooms? We just added nine last year and they're full. Twelve months later, we're at nine more, spending a $175,000 to add nine more classrooms. Why did we last year renovate the annex? I mean, we spent probably $260,000 this time last year because we were out of room. Guess what? Fifty two weeks later, we're out of room. And the last time I checked, all those classrooms are for kids. Why do we do that? Because we know the alternative to Jesus Christ is eternally devastating. You really want any of the kids that we could reach to go to hell. You want any person you know to have to face that.”
62s
#BiblicalWorldview
“And our world views must be biblical, must be corrected. We must stand firm on biblical faith. Not that we're argumentative, we wanna be receptive more than we wanna be right. But you don't wanna be swayed. This wacko world in which we live right now is doing a great job convincing the lost? No. Convincing the saved. American citizens in a local Pew Research stand opposed to Israel. That includes some of you. Cannot happen. Can and that is just one indication of a jacked up worldview. And I've talked about several of them throughout this series.”
61s
#DivineRetribution
“So the final battle is about retribution and reckoning. It's not about rehab. This is not like the American prison system, where if you were to ask people I I would love to survey people and and ask them the question, do you believe that the prison system in America has the right to punish people who are convicted? And most people are like, no. No. Yes. Read Romans 13. God has given them the swift arm of judgment such that if they have to, they can take a person's life. We're so afraid to talk about retribution. Sure. We hope for rehab. We hope for rehabilitation programs. No question. It it reduces the recidivism rate, the repeat offender rate dramatically. We don't wanna just storehouse them and leave them in there to die. But you also gotta understand that that justice, wrath, and punishment is a part of God's created order.”
