“We may not feel like the victory is here yet. We experience evil in our world just as as Valerie mentioned, the earthquakes in Venezuela where I'm I'm guessing the the death count there is over a thousand by now. And it may seem like, man, there Satan is still, so to speak, getting his legs in. There's still injustice in our world. There's still things that we struggle with. But like that song and and like the Jewish people in this particular passage, there's a time to celebrate, to be happy, to be joyful, to have gladness, and honor in our hearts. That we don't have to wait for the battle to be over, that we can shout and celebrate and celebrate our victory now. There's a a lot of songs we've been singing. I've been talking about victory because we are victorious We can celebrate even though it may not feel like it.”

“One of the remarkable things about this passage, and particularly the the I I didn't put the number of the verses. But verse 16 there, it says, for the Jews, it was a time of happiness and joy, gladness, and honor. it was the the interesting part about this this situation is that the victory had not been achieved yet. That they were still happy and joyful and glad and feel it was a time of honor even though there was still this thing out there that could lead to their death. And so kind of in our own life, we're in the situation where the victory has been won. The victory has been achieved, but the fight is not over yet.”

We used to sing when I was growing up a song that was called, don't wait till the battle is over to you can shout now. know in the end, you're gonna win.”
