When we allow the Holy Spirit to guide our lives, we gain the strength to resist our sinful nature. The Spirit provides us with desires that lead to life, helping us say no to harmful things and yes to God's way of life. By setting our hearts on God, we avoid settling for less than what He has for us. This empowerment is not about our own strength but about relying on the Spirit to lead us in every aspect of our lives. [32:47]

Galatians 5:16-17 (ESV): "But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do."

Day 2: Fruits of the Spirit
