Understanding the authority given to believers in Christ is essential for living a victorious Christian life. Authority is not just about having access to God’s power, but about receiving His permission to use that power to bring change, healing, and freedom. Many Christians possess the Holy Spirit but do not walk in the fullness of their authority, leaving the power of God locked up within them. When you grasp the authority that comes from Christ, you are empowered to confront spiritual opposition, minister to others, and see God’s kingdom advance in your life and community. [01:05:00]

Day 2: Recognizing the Spiritual Battle and Our True Enemy

The struggles we face are not merely physical or relational, but deeply spiritual. The Bible reveals that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers, and spiritual forces of wickedness. These unseen entities seek to disrupt families, sow division, and keep believers from walking in their God-given authority. Recognizing the true nature of the battle helps us to stop blaming people and circumstances, and instead to take up the spiritual weapons God has provided, standing firm in prayer and faith. Day 3: The Catastrophic Consequences of Rebellion and the Call to God’s Works

From the Garden of Eden to the Tower of Babel, humanity’s rebellion against God has brought about catastrophic consequences—sin, death, division, and the rise of corrupt cultures. Yet, God’s desire is not for us to rely on our own good or evil works, but to walk in His works, empowered by His Spirit. The knowledge of good and evil leads to self-reliance or despair, but God calls us to a relationship with Him, where His works flow through us and bring true transformation. [01:11:32]

Day 4: The Power of the Corporate Anointing and the Presence of God

When believers gather together, the presence and power of the Holy Spirit is magnified, creating an atmosphere where miracles, healing, and transformation can take place. The church is not just a collection of individuals, but a living temple where God dwells corporately. In this environment, you can receive what you need from God—breakthrough, healing, or restoration—by simply reaching out in faith, just as the woman with the issue of blood touched the hem of Jesus’ garment. The corporate anointing is a gift; don’t take it for granted, but come expectant and ready to encounter God. [01:25:05]

Day 5: Living in the Revelation of Christ’s Victory and Exercising Your Authority

Jesus Christ has broken the power of death, sin, and every curse of the enemy through His death and resurrection. He has given His followers authority over all the power of the enemy, calling us to walk in victory and to reverse the works of darkness in our lives and communities. This authority is not reserved for a select few, but is available to every believer who receives the revelation of what Christ has accomplished. As you grow in this revelation, you will find yourself moving in greater confidence, freedom, and effectiveness for God’s kingdom. [01:55:16]

The revelation of God will change your life. Right back in 1975, when I found the Lord, I was a druggie, gangster, you name it. I was actually into it, heavily involved. And I had an encounter with God in the middle of an LSD trip, Easter Friday night, round about midnight in 1975. I had a supernatural encounter with God. I'd only been to church once before in my whole life. No Christians in my family. No believers in my family at all. In fact, my family were more involved in the other side, in witchcraft. And my grandma and my aunties, they're all reading tea leaves and into all of that sort of stuff. And I had a supernatural encounter with God, a life-changing encounter with the Lord. I want you to understand the authority, the kingdom authority that you have in Christ Jesus. I really want you to understand the authority that God has actually given us in Christ Jesus, because the authority is the permission that God gives for you to use the power. Right? So it says you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. So we receive the Holy Spirit. We receive the power of God. We know that we know those scriptures. We receive the Holy Spirit. The Lord says the Lord says you will crush snakes and scorpions underneath your feet I have given you authority over all the enemy's power. You'll crush snakes and scorpions and nothing by any means will do you harm. See, the body, we've got to grow up. We've got to grow up. If you want to get into really exciting biblical, spiritual, supernatural lifestyle, you've got to start laying hold of the spirit of God and exercising your authority over the enemy. I hope you're laying hold of this because the culture that was created around the nations was created by the sons of God that were in rebellion to God. Do you realize that when the Lord returns and he dwells amongst us, you know what he does? He reverses everything the enemy has done. And we go, what do you mean he reverses? Well, there's going to be no more sickness came from the enemy, no more depression, no more murder. It says in the Bible, no more tears, no more discouragement, no more poverty, no more lack, no more shortage, no more loneliness, no more insecurity, no more doubt. What is he doing? What does the kingdom of God do when the king comes and comes back for his kingdom? What does he do? He reverses every single curse of the enemy. He puts the world right. He puts us all right. If you don't understand the big picture of what's happened in the world, you'll never fully understand the authority you're meant to have in your life now and how to exercise it over the enemy. You'll never truly understand that when Jesus Christ went to that cross, he died and he was resurrected from the dead and he broke the power of death over our lives. So we're going to live forever, that we're going to be resurrected, live forever. See, it's time now that we lay hold of that as the church and begin to walk and live and exercise that. Yeah, I tell you, I get excited about it because what you'll find with the men and women of God that have been around and learned about these things, they walk in authority. Just look at, Brent comes in, he's not saying, are you going to get healed? Will you get healed? Let's hope God heals some people today. He's just walking in the authority that he knows he has and prays healing over people's lives. But sitting in the pews, you may not feel that same confidence.
