In today's gathering, we delved into the profound truths of our faith and the practical outworking of our calling in Christ. We began by acknowledging that each of us has been called by God to live a life worthy of this calling. This life is characterized by humility, gentleness, and a willingness to surrender every aspect of our existence to Jesus—our marriages, our time, our commitments. We are to live in such a way that reflects the transformative work of Christ within us.

We explored the concept of unity within the body of Christ, drawing from the rich imagery of a diverse and beautiful garden. Just as a garden thrives with a variety of flowers, each contributing its unique beauty, so too does the church flourish when each member embraces their God-given uniqueness and role. We are not carbon copies of one another; rather, we are each a unique masterpiece, created in God's image, with specific gifts meant to further His kingdom.

We delved into Ephesians 4, where Paul speaks to the unity and diversity of the body of Christ. We are reminded that Christ has given gifts to the church—apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers—to equip God's people for works of service.
