In today's message, we explored the profound truth that a church's vibrancy and spiritual health are not determined by the number of attendees or the frequency of meetings, but by the presence of the Lord among its people. We reflected on the sobering reality that many churches, despite their activities, may lack the true presence of God. This absence is often unnoticed by those who are spiritually blind, much like a blind man cannot perceive whether a light is on or off. However, those with spiritual sensitivity can discern when the Lord is no longer present, and they are called to be overcomers, devoted to Christ and committed to becoming like Him.
We examined the example of the seven churches in Revelation, where only a few remained faithful. This illustrates that even if the majority of Christians fail, God will always have a remnant of true believers who are committed to His ways. The call to discipleship is not just about seeking forgiveness or the promise of heaven, but about a daily commitment to follow Jesus in every aspect of life. This commitment may set us apart from others, whether in school, work, or any other environment, but it is a testament to our dedication to living as Christ did.
We also discussed the importance of following Jesus' example in all areas of life, from personal relationships to professional conduct. Jesus serves as the ultimate model for us, demonstrating how to live in submission to God's will. This includes the way women are called to submit to their husbands, as Christ submitted to the Father. Ultimately, our task as believers is to teach and live out every command of Christ, ensuring that our lives reflect His teachings in every way.

Sermon Clips
The lord gives a call to few people out of these 500 people who want to be overcomers, for whom devotion to Christ and becoming like him. These sensitive people recognize one day that the lord is gone. Only those with spiritual sensitivity will recognize that, you know, it's like a blind man he won't know whether the light is on and the light is off. [00:21:27]
The lord has never left himself without a witness on this earth. If the majority of Christians fail him, he will still have a few overcomers who are true to himself. See these churches, seven churches we read in Revelation. Five of them the lord was found. Christianity was a routine affair they did on Sunday and Wednesday, and nothing more than that. [00:24:18]
That means a church must comprise not just the people who say I want to go to heaven, not just those who say I want my sins forgiven, but those who want to disciple means those who want to follow Jesus Christ every day of their lives. [00:27:51]
Are you a person who's really seeking to follow Jesus Christ every single day of your life? It will make you different from other children in your school, in college, but it's such a temptation to be like them in order to be popular. Are you seeking to follow Jesus in that office and in your business? [00:28:35]
Do you want to do it like that? Yes, that is the question. I don't. This is what it means to follow Jesus. He's given us an example in every area. When my children went to school, I would tell them, can you think of how Jesus was when he went to school? [00:30:02]
At every level, Jesus can be an example to us, whether you're a school student or a businessman or a full-time worker. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 11, only Jesus is the example for a woman in the way she submits to her husband, the way you know it says here that the head. [00:32:02]
So what I'm saying is for every one of us, if you seek the lord, he's an example for you. He's shown in his life. [00:33:22]
So here's a church with 500 people, regular meetings, midweek meetings, prayer meetings, but the lord is not there. Is no confidence, but this is the church is not like what Paul taught, what Paul predicted the wolves. [00:19:21]
Look at the number of people today sitting in dead churches, saying lord Jesus where two or three are gathered together in your name you said you'd be in your midst thank god you're here. [00:22:00]
Maybe 10 15 people out of the 500. And they will start meeting with the lord somewhere else. [00:23:21]
The reason is, and so they were afraid if you make it so narrow some people will leave our church or they will go somewhere else. If we make the way so narrow a lot of people get offended. What did Jesus preach? What did Jesus tell his disciples at the end of his time on earth? [00:26:33]
Teach the people to do every single thing, so I have not finished my task as an elder if I have not taught every. [00:33:22]
