When the Holy Spirit is poured out, it is never a mere emotional experience or a fleeting moment; it is a divine encounter that brings lasting change, turning ordinary people into vessels of God’s power and purpose. The Spirit’s touch is not reserved for a select few, but is available to all who are hungry and open, regardless of background or status. Just as in the days of Moses, when the Spirit rested on the seventy elders and even overflowed to those outside the camp, God’s outpouring today reaches beyond the expected, marking people with supernatural gifts and boldness. The result is always transformation—timid hearts become courageous, the weak are made strong, and those who encounter the Spirit are never the same again. [20:50]
Numbers 11:24-29 (ESV)
So Moses went out and told the people the words of the Lord. And he gathered seventy men of the elders of the people and placed them around the tent. Then the Lord came down in the cloud and spoke to him, and took some of the Spirit that was on him and put it on the seventy elders. And as soon as the Spirit rested on them, they prophesied. But they did not continue doing it. Now two men remained in the camp, one named Eldad, and the other named Medad, and the Spirit rested on them. They were among those registered, but they had not gone out to the tent, and so they prophesied in the camp. And a young man ran and told Moses, “Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp.” And Joshua the son of Nun, the assistant of Moses from his youth, said, “My lord Moses, stop them.” But Moses said to him, “Are you jealous for my sake? Would that all the Lord’s people were prophets, that the Lord would put his Spirit on them!”
Reflection: Where in your life do you need to invite the Holy Spirit to bring transformation, not just a momentary feeling, but a lasting change that marks you as different?
The presence of God is not a passive reality; it is a dynamic, guiding force that fills, leads, and sometimes overwhelms His people. In the Old Testament, the cloud and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle so powerfully that even Moses could not enter, demonstrating that God’s presence is both holy and active. The people of Israel learned to move only when the cloud moved, teaching us that true spiritual life is about following the Spirit’s leading, not our own plans. When God’s glory fills a place or a person, it brings purity, unity, and a sense of awe, reminding us that we are called to be presence-driven people who linger where God is, refusing to move without Him. [25:42]
Exodus 40:34-38 (ESV)
Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle. And Moses was not able to enter the tent of meeting because the cloud settled on it, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle. Throughout all their journeys, whenever the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the people of Israel would set out. But if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not set out till the day that it was taken up. For the cloud of the Lord was on the tabernacle by day, and fire was in it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel throughout all their journeys.
Reflection: Are you willing to pause your own plans and wait for God’s leading, even if it means lingering in His presence longer than you expected?
God’s promise is clear: in the last days, He will pour out His Spirit on all flesh—sons, daughters, young, old, men, and women—without partiality. This outpouring is not just for personal blessing, but for empowerment to prophesy, dream, and see visions, and to bring salvation to all who call on the name of the Lord. The Spirit’s coming is a sign that we are living in the final hours of history, and it is meant to equip the church for bold witness and supernatural living. No one is excluded; the invitation is for every background, every age, every nation. The result is a supernatural generation, marked by God’s power, ready to bring revival and transformation to the world. [01:03:46]
Joel 2:28-32 (ESV)
“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions. Even on the male and female servants in those days I will pour out my Spirit. And I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke. The sun shall be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the great and awesome day of the Lord comes. And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be those who escape, as the Lord has said, and among the survivors shall be those whom the Lord calls.”
Reflection: Who in your life needs to know that God’s promise and power are for them, regardless of their background or past, and how can you share this hope with them today?
The baptism in the Holy Spirit is not just about personal edification or spiritual gifts—it is about receiving power to be bold witnesses for Jesus, to operate in supernatural manifestations, and to bring the reality of God’s kingdom to a broken world. The early church was marked by encounters with the Spirit that resulted in courage, miracles, unity, and joy, even in the face of persecution. When the Spirit fills believers, they are compelled to speak truth without fear, to heal the sick, to prophesy, and to stand firm against opposition. This power is not a one-time event, but an ever-increasing flow, equipping God’s people to advance His kingdom until Jesus returns. [01:06:42]
Acts 4:29-31 (ESV)
“And now, Lord, look upon their threats and grant to your servants to continue to speak your word with all boldness, while you stretch out your hand to heal, and signs and wonders are performed through the name of your holy servant Jesus.” And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.
Reflection: What is one area where you need the Holy Spirit’s boldness to step out in faith and be a witness for Jesus this week?
We are living in a time of ever-increasing manifestations of God’s power, not a season of decline. History shows that every generation has experienced fresh outpourings, and the promise is that the glory of the latter house will exceed the former. God is raising up a new generation—bold, Spirit-filled, and unashamed—to take territory, break chains, and bring revival to their cities and nations. The call is to press in, to hunger for more, and to refuse to settle for stories of the past when God wants to do something new and greater in our midst. This is the hour to seek God for your own encounter, to be marked by His fire, and to become a leader in the move of God for your generation. [01:41:06]
Acts 3:19-21 (ESV)
“Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago.”
Reflection: What would it look like for you to press in for a personal and generational revival—what step can you take today to seek God for a fresh outpouring in your life and community?
Tonight is a night of divine encounter, a night where the reality of the Holy Spirit’s outpouring is not just a doctrine but a living, breathing experience for every hungry heart. When we lift our voices in praise, we are not engaging in hype or empty ritual; we are inviting the fullness of heaven’s authority to break into our lives. The power of worship confounds darkness, releases healing, and brings answers before we even ask. This is not a concert or a show, but a spiritual transaction where God’s presence is made manifest among us.
Throughout history, God has always desired to pour out His Spirit on all flesh—not just a select few, but every generation, every background, every person who will receive. The Old Testament foreshadowed this with moments where the Spirit rested on Moses, the elders, and even those outside the camp, showing that God’s move is not limited by location or status. The cloud and the fire that led Israel were tangible signs of the Spirit’s leading, and today, we are called to be people who move where the Spirit moves, who refuse to settle for stagnant religion but press into the living river of God.
The outpouring of the Holy Spirit is not a one-time event but an ever-increasing reality. From the upper room in Acts to the revivals throughout history, God’s power has only intensified. The baptism in the Holy Spirit is not just about speaking in tongues or having a spiritual experience; it is about being transformed, purified, and empowered to be witnesses—carrying the fire of God into a world desperate for hope and deliverance. The gifts of the Spirit are not for show or for personal status, but for the building up of the body and the demonstration of God’s kingdom on earth.
We are living in the age of the Holy Spirit, the time of refreshing and revival that will only grow as the return of Jesus draws near. God is raising up a generation—marked by supernatural power, boldness, and purity—that will not be ashamed of the gospel or the manifestations of the Spirit. The time is now to press in, to hunger for more, to allow God to do what only He can do. Tonight, as we yield, as we worship, as we receive, we step into the river of God’s presence, and we will not leave the same. This is our hour to be filled, to be changed, and to carry the fire to our generation.
Numbers 11:24-29 — (Moses and the elders receive the Spirit; Moses wishes all God’s people would receive the Spirit)
- Acts 2:1-21
(The Day of Pentecost: the Holy Spirit is poured out on all, with signs and boldness)
- Joel 2:28-32
(“I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh…”—the prophecy Peter quotes at Pentecost)
When you begin to praise and declare and say something through song, you are calling on the fullness of the power of heaven to come and visit you in that moment. [00:01:28]
This is not a game up here. This is not a concert. This is not an experience. This is us releasing something into the realm of the spirit that the devil does not know what to do with. He does not know what to do with it. He has no idea. He can't stop it. He can't shut it down. [00:02:36]
We're going to follow the Spirit of God to places we haven't been before. And Generation Z shall be known as a supernatural generation. Marked by a supernatural power that carries a strange and unusual dominion. [00:05:12]
Unless there's a God in heaven who causes us to grow and advance. Can you say amen? Say grow. And advance. Say grow. And advance. [00:08:10]
It's time for a new generation to understand what the outpouring of the Spirit is. Can you say amen? There's too much talk about, well, how many know we love the move of God, and no one even knows what that means. [00:11:36]
The one who is the source of that power is the person of the Holy Spirit. Can you say amen? The Bible says the Holy Spirit can be grieved, the Bible says the Holy Spirit can be resisted, the Bible says the Holy Spirit can be lied to, and the Bible says the Holy Spirit can be insulted. Did you know this? He is a person. [00:13:42]
Anytime in the Godhead we find activity or we find movement or we find something being created, the one who is doing that is the person of the Holy Spirit. Can you say amen? [00:14:41]
When the Spirit of God touches you, there is always a moving response and a lasting result. Let me say that to you today. Whenever the Spirit of God touches you or comes upon you, there is always a moving result and a lasting effect or a lasting result. [00:20:56]
When the Spirit of God comes upon somebody, when hands are laid upon somebody, when someone's overcome by the power of God, they're not just having a little religious, you know, circus or yahoo. What is happening is they are becoming a different person. [00:21:43]
To be Pentecostal and to be spirit-filled does not just mean that you speak in tongues on occasion. It means that you are led of the spirit. That you are saturated in the spirit. And you have encounters that have changed you forever. [00:25:49]
Nothing is complete in God until glory shows up. You hear what I'm saying? Look what we've built. Look what we've done. Great. Show me the glory. Can you say amen? You ever heard that phrase, show me the money? You ever heard that? That's what God's saying. Show me the glory. [00:26:45]
There is a holiness and a sanctification and a consecration that will produce a manifestation of the Spirit of God. What did Joshua say? He said, consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the Lord will work wonders among you. There is a cleaning work that happens by the blood that prepares us for fire to fall. [00:28:46]
There's something about being in the same mind, the same spirit that causes God to move. Can you say amen? That's why if you're in meetings and there's people that hate the move of the spirit of God, that you feel it like a block. Because there's people there that are not in unity with what God is doing. [00:31:22]
See, there's a time in God where God says, I'm here now. So step aside. Can you say amen? We've had that happen in this meeting where I thought I was done all of a sudden, boom, here comes God. [00:32:46]
The baptism in the Holy Spirit is to be overcome with a rushing river that literally constrains you like Paul said, the love of Christ compels us. We must tell people about the things we have both seen and heard. Can you say amen? Say a river. [00:49:28]
The fire of God has two major functionalities. The first functionality and chiefly in the bible is judgment. Can you say amen? Fire represented judgment. God would cause fire to come down and consume things and so on and so forth. The second operation is purification. Can you say amen? Like gold refined in a fire. That's the fire that's hitting us. The same fire that purifies me burns up darkness. [00:50:25]
I'm telling you, that's going to be the testimony of generation Z. We're going to be walking, leaping, and praising God because there's a body that's full of the fire of the Holy Ghost that do not accept demonic interaction as our normal. We only accept supernatural intervention. [01:21:14]
God's response to trouble is more power. I already quoted it, Acts 13 verse 52, the bible says that the apostles had just been again whipped, again had been threatened, the bible says they were walking down the road and leaping like they were in a, you know, I don't even know, Disney movie after they just got threatened and the bible says that they lifted their hands and said thank you God we've been counted worthy to suffer shame for your name. [01:27:13]
Bible prophecy was not given to scare us. It was given to prepare us. Bible prophecy is not centered upon what the devil's doing. It's centered upon the victory of Jesus Christ. [01:29:27]
Jesus said, don't be worried about times and seasons. Preach this gospel. Take dominion. Occupy until I come. Until I return. You have the authority. No devil can stop you. No war can triumph over you. No pandemic can shut you down. You serve the King of kings and the Lord of lords. [01:29:47]
The Bible says the kingdom of God is advancing and those who want their portion are pressing into it. Say pressing in. Say pressing in. I'm not saying God come to Connecticut. God save us. I'm saying God, where are you? I'm pressing into you. I'm pressing into you. I want what you have. I want a release of your power. I want to see you do something in my generation. [01:41:34]
We're going to be known as the Jesus generation that preaches the Bible, that declares the pure counsel of the word of God, that operates in the power of the Holy Spirit, that moves in the gifts of God, and that sees God do what only he can do. That's our generation. We're living in the age, the hour, the time of the Holy Ghost. It's time to advance and press in and move forward. Take land, take ground. Our hour is now. The time is here. God said yes, it belongs to us. It's time to take it. [01:48:27]
