Through the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross, God has provided not only spiritual atonement but also healing for our minds, emotions, and physical bodies. Jesus took our place in sin, sickness, and distress so that we could take His place in righteousness, life, and health. This means that healing is not something we must strive to obtain; it is a gift already purchased for us. We are called to receive and walk in the reality that Jesus is the healer and we are the healed, living in the fullness of what He has accomplished—nothing broken, nothing missing. [28:45]
Isaiah 53:4-5 (Amplified Classic Edition)
Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy]. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.
Reflection: What area of your life—spirit, soul, or body—do you need to receive the healing Jesus has already purchased for you? Will you choose today to believe and confess, “Jesus is the healer, I am the healed” over that area?
God’s Word is the true report for your life, and you are called to trust, rely upon, and cling to it above every other voice or circumstance. Just as the Israelites had to choose between the evil report and the good report, you must decide whether to focus on what God says or what the world, your body, or your circumstances say. The moment you begin to trust in, rely upon, and cling to God’s report, you position yourself to receive His promises and see His power at work in your life. [38:14]
Isaiah 53:1 (Amplified Classic Edition)
Who has believed (trusted in, relied upon, and clung to) our message [of that which was revealed to us]? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been disclosed?
Reflection: What “report” are you listening to most right now—God’s Word or something else? What practical step can you take today to shift your focus and cling to God’s report?
Receiving from God requires more than a casual glance; it calls for an attentive, expectant, and steady gaze upon His Word and the finished work of Christ. Just as the Israelites were healed by looking intently at the bronze serpent, you are called to fix your eyes on Jesus and His promises, refusing to be distracted by other things. This kind of focus brings life and health to every part of your being, as God’s Word is supernatural medicine for your spirit, soul, and body. [57:33]
Numbers 21:8-9 (ESV)
And the Lord said to Moses, “Make a fiery serpent and set it on a pole, and everyone who is bitten, when he sees it, shall live.” So Moses made a bronze serpent and set it on a pole. And if a serpent bit anyone, he would look at the bronze serpent and live.
Reflection: What distractions are keeping you from giving God’s Word your full, expectant attention? How can you set aside time today for an “absorbing gaze” on His promises?
God instructs us to meditate on His Word day and night, keeping it before our eyes and in our mouths, for it is life and health to all our flesh. Just as you would take prescribed medicine regularly, you are called to take God’s Word as your daily spiritual medicine—thinking on it, speaking it, and letting it fill your heart. This practice brings transformation, prosperity, and healing, enabling you to walk in the victory Jesus has already won for you. [01:09:39]
Proverbs 4:20-22 (ESV)
My son, be attentive to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Let them not escape from your sight; keep them within your heart. For they are life to those who find them, and healing to all their flesh.
Reflection: What is one verse or promise from God’s Word you can “take as medicine” today by meditating on it, speaking it aloud, and letting it shape your thoughts and actions?
Drawing from the wells of salvation is not only about meditating and gazing on God’s Word, but also about rejoicing and confessing what Jesus has done. As you celebrate, praise, and declare God’s promises, you activate the joy and victory that are already yours in Christ. This joyful confession changes your mind, renews your soul, and releases God’s healing power into every area of your life—spirit, soul, and body. [01:18:06]
Isaiah 12:3-4 (ESV)
With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. And you will say in that day: “Give thanks to the Lord, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the peoples, proclaim that his name is exalted.”
Reflection: What is one promise of God you can joyfully declare and celebrate today, letting praise and thanksgiving draw His healing and victory into your life?
This morning, we gathered to celebrate the goodness and faithfulness of God, declaring that He is always working for our good, no matter what the enemy tries to bring against us. We stood on the promise that no weapon formed against us will prosper, and that as the righteousness of God in Christ, we are blessed and cannot be cursed. We remembered the power of the blood of Jesus, pleading it over our homes, our families, and our nation, believing that God is not finished with America and that Jesus is Lord over this land.
Turning to the Word, we explored the reality that Jesus is our healer, and because of His finished work, we are the healed. We looked at the story in Exodus 15, where God revealed Himself as “the Lord that healeth thee,” and saw how this points to Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. The cross is not just a symbol of spiritual atonement, but of complete healing—spirit, soul, and body. Isaiah 53 reminds us that Jesus bore our griefs, sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses. We don’t have to carry stress, anxiety, or sickness, because Jesus already carried them for us.
We considered the importance of believing the right report. Just as the Israelites had to choose between the evil report and the good report, we must choose to trust God’s Word above every other voice. The difference between struggling and walking in victory is whether we cling to God’s report or the world’s. God’s Word is our life support, and we are called to trust, rely on, and cling to it with a steady, expectant, and absorbing gaze.
We saw in Numbers 21 that healing came to those who looked attentively and expectantly at the serpent on the pole—a foreshadowing of Christ on the cross. In the same way, we are to fix our eyes on Jesus and His finished work, meditating on the Word day and night, taking it like medicine for our spirit, soul, and body. This steady focus and meditation bring life and health to all our flesh.
Finally, we responded in faith, declaring that Jesus is the healer and we are the healed. We laid hands on those in need, believing for the anointing of God to bring total healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We rejoiced in the truth that we don’t have to strive for healing; it is already ours in Christ. As we continue to meditate on the Word and celebrate what Jesus has done, we draw from the wells of salvation with joy, walking in the wholeness He purchased for us.

When I give my tithe, when I give my offering, I'm not giving to any earthly person. I'm not giving to any earthly entity. I'm giving to the Lord Jesus Christ, right? And so I'm not even giving according to the law. I'm giving according to the Lord Jesus Christ, all right? So it's not compulsory. It's not do this. Are we hitting you with a billy club? No, no. What is it? Lord, I understand. I know who you are. I know what you have done. I know that it's you that's given me the ability, the power to get well. And Father God, I'm going to give to you and be a blessing. [00:21:05]
We know that Jesus is the healer, and therefore, I am what? I am the healed. I'm not trying to get it. I'm not struggling to achieve it. I'm not trying to obtain it. Jesus already purchased it for me, right? [00:29:56]
When Jesus went to the cross, that was a statement from God Almighty saying, I am the Lord that healeth thee. Because when he goes to the cross, what is happening? When Jesus is crucified, when he dies, when he's buried, when he's raised up, when he takes his blood and ascends into heaven, puts it on the mercy seat, through his death, burial, and his resurrection, what is happening? A complete atonement is taking place for you and I. [00:31:05]
The finished work of Jesus Christ not only purchased for you a spiritual atonement, but it also works in your soul. It'll heal you and heal you up in your mind and in your emotions. Hallelujah. And it also heals you in your body. Jesus works in your physical body. He heals you completely, entirely to the uttermost. [00:31:52]
There is a report that belongs to us through the finished work of Jesus Christ, and he's telling you to pay particular attention to our report. You will get other reports. Right? Just consider the children of Israel when they was going to possess the land. When the children of Israel were going to possess the land, they sent out the 12 spies. Ten came back with what? An evil report. and two came back with a good report. Well, what was the difference between the evil report and the right report or the good report? Well, the 10 that didn't agree with God, that's bad. That's evil. Well, the good report came from the two that believe God. [00:33:04]
You don't have to deny that a sickness or an infirmity may be coming against your body. You don't have to deny that depression or fear or anxiety might be coming against your mind. You do not have to deny that it's coming against you. What you have to do is deny it the right to stay. What you have to deny is that you do not have the right to stick around here. You cannot stay. The Lord is my healer. [00:34:43]
You have to adjust and get this made up in your heart that he is the Lord that heals me. Jesus is my healer, and therefore I am the healed. Well, the issue that most people have is they all the time feel like I've got to go get this healing. I have to go obtain this. No, you have to receive what Jesus has already done. You don't have to go get it. You have to learn to receive it. [00:35:36]
How many of us rely on God's Word like that? I wonder how many of us rely on His Word to keep going, to keep living, to keep getting stronger. How many of us have that type of reliance on the Word of God? [00:40:15]
When I get a hold of God's report, when I get a hold of God's Word, He's putting me on life support. It's not my own life, but He is supporting me with His life, with His nature, with His ability. The Zoe, the God kind of life. That's what Jesus came to bring us. That's the life that's in His Word. [00:42:15]
Surely, he hath what? He hath borne our griefs and carried our sorrows. What's the Amplified tell us that that really means? He has borne our griefs. Watch now. What's that include? Sicknesses. Oh. So, in other words, that's not just talking about your sadness and your sorrow. Sicknesses. Weaknesses. He has borne my weaknesses. [00:43:19]
Why am I trying to carry all of that stress when Jesus carried it for me? In fact, what we're doing when we carry that stress and we ignore his report, really what we're doing is saying, what you did was not enough. What you did does not impact my life. What you did does not help me. That's the statement we're making when we choose not to consider his report, not living by it, not relying upon it, not trusting in it, not clinging to it, right? And we carry those distresses. Jesus carried your stress to the cross. You do not have to live a stressed out life. [00:44:12]
He was what? Wounded for our transgressions. He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities. The chastisement needful to obtain peace and well -being. So what he went through was necessary to obtain my peace. Now, that word peace in the Old Testament is not like your tie -dye, upside -down, chicken foot, peace, love, happiness, right? Come on. That is shalom. In fact, Jewish people greet each other and they leave each other saying shalom. What does it mean? Wholeness. nothing broken, nothing missing. [00:46:48]
What he went through in that time was enough to purchase our eternal redemption, and it was a complete and total redemption, spirit, soul, and body. Peace, well -being for us was upon him, and with the stripes that wounded him, we what? We are healed. So you got to get over here. We are healed. If we are, then I am. If I am, I is. Amen. [00:50:06]
If I'm going to get health to my flesh, the NBA ain't helping me. The NFL's not helping me. College football's not helping me. If I'm going to get health to my flesh, come on. Political podcasts aren't helping me. CNN and MSNBC, they ain't helping you. Right? Even though my flesh might want to go listen to something else and pay attention to something else. No. Come on, I got to go and take God's word like a medicine. [01:04:37]
If it weren't for them in the Old Testament, how much more? How much more? How much more? Come on, I got a better serpent. Come on, I say I got a better serpent raised up. The Lord Jesus Christ is who I'm looking at. I'm looking directly at the Son of the living God, the Lamb that taketh away the sin of the world, the Lion of the tribe of Judah that declares victory is mine. Hallelujah. [01:07:01]
When I receive Christ, come on, I receive the same victory that he was operating in. When he becomes my Lord and moves in the inside of me, that means that his victory is my victory. I was buried together with him in baptism. I've been raised up when I come about to water into his newness of life. Christ's victory is my victory. [01:10:13]
There's no such thing as over -medicating on God's Word. Amen. We promise you, if you OD on this, you're going to get up off the floor better. When you keep meditating here, there's a song that says, I've got victory. It's all over me. You keep meditating here. You keep putting your expectant, tentative, effectual, absorbing gaze on the Word and on the finished work of Jesus Christ. You keep looking unto Him who is the author and the finisher of your faith. Hebrews chapter 12 says, you're going to say, I've got victory. It's all over me. It is the same victory that Christ won when He hung on the cross, when He raised up from the dead. It's the same victory. Hallelujah. It's working in my spirit. It's working in my mind. It's working in my body. I've got victory all over me. [01:12:14]
Hezekiah, what he did, he pushed. away from the table. And it says he turned his face to the wall. What's that mean? He just shut everything else out. I don't got time to hear from no one else in my royal court. I don't got time to think and ponder about nothing else. He turned his face to the wall. Come on, you need to get up. Come on, you may have a report against your body. You may have a report against your mind. You may have this against you and that against you. You need to get up and turn your face to the wall. And what I'm saying is you need to get up and turn your face to the Lord Jesus Christ. You need to get up and turn your face to his word and look therein expectantly and with a long absorbing gaze receiving the life and the health that's yours. [01:16:30]
Therefore with joy shall you draw water out of the wells of salvation, and in that day shall they say, praise the Lord. Now you say, what's significant about that? Jesus has already purchased my salvation. Now here's what's important about that. That's not only the born again experience, that is soteria, all right, in the Greek. It means deliverance, preservation, healing, and soundness. Jesus already purchased that. So what's the other way? Come on, what's the other way I start drawing up from what Jesus has done? I begin to celebrate. Boy, I begin to rejoice. Boy, I begin to say, praise the Lord, glory to God. [01:18:24]
I'm not trying to be healed. I'm not trying to get healed. I am healed. I am healed. I am healed. I am healed. I am healed. I am healed. Jesus is the healer. I am healed. Jesus is the healer. I am healed. Jesus is the healer. I am healed. Jesus is the healer. I am healed. He sent his word, delivered me from all my destruction. Hallelujah. He healed me, delivered me out of all destruction. He has forgiven all my iniquities. Psalm 103. He healed of all of my diseases. Hallelujah. He crowns me with tender mercies and loving kindness. He delivers my life from destruction. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. He's put good things in my mouth. Hallelujah. So that my youth is renewed like the eagles. Praise the Lord. According to Jeremiah chapter 30, my health is bringing forth speedily. Hallelujah. [01:20:00]
Let me tell you something. So some people deal with healing they need in their heart, on the inside. Some people deal with healing that they need in their emotions. Some people deal with healing that they need in their physical body. And I'm here to tell you that by the stripes of Jesus, you are healed. You are healed. That is the report of the Lord Jesus Christ. [01:22:05]
There's no reason for you today to leave here under distress. There's no reason for you to leave here under depression or locked up in anxiety, locked up in fear. See, these are things people need healed from also. There's no reason for you to leave here today with physical ailments. No reason at all. Jesus is the healer. I am the healer. The struggle is over. Jesus has already come. Jesus has already won. I receive what he has done for me. [01:23:08]
