Here's what's important to understand about that, is God is a healing God. He's not a God that brings sickness. Now, there are things that are allowed, God will allow. Sometimes there's sickness that comes because of our choices, but we also know that sickness comes from the enemy. God's always made a provision of healing for his people. [00:04:49] (21 seconds)

God is the God that heals, but sickness and disease came as a result of the sin curse. It came as a result of man's decision to depart from God, and so the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy, the Bible says. That is the thing that we have to understand. The devil's the one that steals. Now think about sickness for a moment. Sickness steals from your work time. It steals from your joy. And even though it may find its way, because the devil comes to steal, right? You know, there's the enemy will try to come in and attack. But what we know is that God comes in to bring the answer. Think about it this way. There is not any good parent in the world who loves their children that would deliberately put sickness on their child. So neither does God, who is a better father or better parent than we are in the natural realm. God is the God that heals. And that's why in Exodus 15, 26. [00:07:13] (20 seconds)

He told Israel, he said, I am the God that heals you. He never said, I'm the God that wants to make you sick. I'm the God that diseases you. No, he said, I am the God that heals.
