1. "Hopefully you will gain something from this service to take with you not just throughout the week but throughout the days of your life and so I'm going to have every single part of the service we have our youth workers as well as our young adults and our kids are active throughout this YK Sunday."

2. "It is important to be, uh, willing and flexible to do church differently, amen? That God welcomes us all to, uh, worship God in ways that are authentic to us. And so, we have kind of traditional church services, more contemporary church services, and then services that are really geared toward our youth and our kids. For them to participate, and for them to get the Word of God in ways that are relevant to them."

3. "I heard a phrase that worry is like a rocking chair that it gives you something to do but won't take you anywhere. That it's just something that, you know, occupies your mind. But it doesn't quite make any progress. So, kind of building off of what Noah said that maybe sometimes youth don't realize just how much maybe adults or parents or caregivers or guardians are worrying on their behalf."

4. "If I can't internally kind of be able to discern and figure out what is, you know, God's nudging, what is the Holy Spirit maybe making me uneasy about a situation, that's when you call up a brother or sister in Christ. That's when you lean into your pastor, your young adult pastor, your youth and kids pastor, Pastor Devin, any of the ministry leaders. And you have someone that can pray with you, that can reflect or affirm and guide you. Like, there's so much wisdom in the body of Christ."

5. "Some days are just dumpster fires. Like, some days are just, like, really a struggle. And so, on those days, I'm like, I'm just praying and going to sleep. Like, that's all I can really do to end my day positively. It's just to cast all my cares to the Lord and then go to sleep and pray for a better day tomorrow."

6. "Does God want you to express your emotions? Is there one right way, quote, unquote, one way or a right way to express how you feel? And this is open to everyone. Does God want you to express your emotions? Can we say amen for a nap and a snack? That sometimes when we're struggling, we just need to eat something and go to sleep. Amen. That's the, it's in the word. It's in the word. Right. That's my takeaway. Amen. If you don't take away anything, give each other a little more. Give each other a little more grace and have a snack and take a nap. That that is all holy unto the Lord."

7. "We have just a couple more questions and then we're going to transition to a time of really identifying core memories. And praying for one another. So one question is, does God want you to express your emotions? Is there one right way, quote, unquote, one way or a right way to express how you feel? And this is open to everyone. Does God want you to express your emotions? Can we say amen for a nap and a snack?"

8. "We can bring our full authentic selves to church. We can bring our full selves to prayer. Bring our full selves to God. And if you would like prayer, just continue to come, come, come to the altar. There were those here that are ready and excited and willing to pray with you. You can be vulnerable today. Amen. Amen. I see folks are coming, putting their core memory. Memories on the wall here. Amen."

In the areas where there was frustration and confusion, God is bringing clarity and peace. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Glory to God."
