#DeathIsJustATransition
“And so regardless of how much longer we have, if you know Christ this morning as your savior, then death is no longer a problem. It's just a means to an end. It means it's just a transition from our fleshly corrupted bodies to our eternal place with our savior. As Paul says, o death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting? First Corinthians fifteen fifty five. As one pastor put it, he says, all death can do to the believer is deliver him or her to Jesus.”

#DoNotCling
“One word, Mary's name and the Lord opened her eyes and I'm reminded what of our what our Lord said in John chapter 10 verse 27 where he says, my sheep hear my voice and I know them and they follow me. Jesus said to her, do not cling to me. Verse 17 now, John 20. Jesus said, do not cling to me. The implication here is that Mary is holding tight to the Lord in her excitement and joy. And the Greek verb means to fasten oneself to or to hold on to or to seize.”
