#MysteryTransforms
“A world beyond our knowing, a world of mystery, a world of love. And and it's a world that can be transformative and very uncomfortable. Right? When you find out things about yourself that you'd rather not know, is it fun? No. Right? You'd rather not know them. But that's the only way to lead to transformation, not based on our certainty, which reassures me too, right, on days when I'm finding it all a little hard to believe. It's not meant to be about certainty. It's not about what I do. It's about what Christ has done.”

#FaithBeyondCertainty
“And if we're honest, I think it's hard for us to go there. Right? It's hard for us to walk into that place of new expectations, new possibilities. So for the most part, most of us most of us stick to those parts of the faith that are logical, that we're comfortable with. You know, Jesus' teachings, the parables, the things that we that we can can follow without having to walk into that larger space of knowing, which is ironic. Right? We talk about it as faith, but in areas of faith, we look for the things we're certain about. Right? We look for certainty in those areas,”
