#TrustGodsTiming
“Don't rush it. Don't don't listen. There's times when we're so excited. We just wanna go with the things that god has given us and and so forth. And we're like, god, why are you holding me back? And and we just feel restrained. Don't underestimate that time because god's using that time to prepare you, to make you ready, to disciple you. So that this way, when you do go with god with god what god's called you to do, it'll be in his way, his timing. It'll make such such an impact.”

#LetGoOfThePast
“Is Elisha really gonna be determined to follow through on this calling? Or does he just wanna go back to his job? Does he wanna go back to what's safe and what's comfortable? Elijah tells Elisha, I've only given you a sign. It's all I've given you so far. So now's your chance. If you want to go back to your life, now's the chance you can go back. However, God's called you to this. And if you want to be determined to do what god's called you to do, then you need need to be determined enough to go and to let go of your past.”

#MakeDisciplesTogether
“Jesus said at the end of of Matthew, go and make disciples in all the nations. Do you realize he was talking to everyone there? Because I want to see this world change, and I know you do too. And I know most of you, if not all of you know this, it's not gonna just happen with the person standing behind the pulpit. It's not gonna just happen with the person with the microphone or or with the platform, whatever it may be. It takes all of us because we're all part of the body of Christ to go out there and make disciples. And so we all have this calling, and we all have the Holy Spirit to empower us to go out and do what he's called us to do. We all have the same commission to go out there and win as many people to the Lord and make the disciples.”

#BeyondDreams
“And here's why people like to stay in Bethel. Because as long as they're only dreams, you don't get disappointed. As long as you can still dream it, then it's still something you get excited about. But how many of you ever had a dream before you start living it out and realize it's not as good as you thought it was gonna be? So some people say, I don't want to be disappointed. I I don't I like it here because I get to dream these wonderful big dreams. And maybe someday, god will use other people to do them, but they just wanna dream. That's Bethel. And sometimes people like, yeah. You know what? I'll camp out here, but not Elisha. I just said, no. No. I'm gonna complete this journey. I'm going on.”

#GoMakeDisciples
“``I know it's tempting, especially on our world today. It's tempting. So when we go out and we can invite ten, twenty people to church and praise God, that's a good thing. But it's tempting to think when we did that, sure is tiring doing the great commission. That's not the great commission. Sometimes we get to pass out those flyers for VBS or whatever it may be, and those are good things. That's not the great commission. Sometimes when we get to forward that that Facebook post or whatever it is, we feel like we've done the great commission. That's not the great commission. Those are all good things, but it's not the great commission. Go out and make disciples. We are all called to this.”

#BurnThePlows
“I can tell you, if we wanna be determined to receive the double portion for us that we need to go win this world, we need to burn our plows. We need to burn our plows. Sometimes we said, but the safety net feels good. And look. God knows that I'm only gonna use use it, but I have to have it or whatever. I just like having it there. No. Burn the plows. Get rid of the safety net. It needs to be gone. That's what Elisha did. He said, I'm there's no bridge. He's burning his bridges. There's nothing to go back to. It is all gone.”
44s
#AbideInChrist
“It takes abiding. It takes sticking close to him. We are to be disciples of Christ. So that means build a relationship with him. Stick close to him. Watch him. Observe him. Where he goes, you go. Listen. Where he doesn't go, you don't go. Hear me? Sometimes we try to take Jesus to a place he doesn't wanna go. But that's a disciple of his, to stick close to him, abide in him. It's a twenty four seven relationship with him. It affects who we are. It affects what we do. It affects what we say. It affects every part of us.”

#BeWiseAndDo
“At the end of the sermon on the mount, you have where Jesus has a sermon. The very last parable on the sermon on the mount, he teaches about the wise man who built upon the rock and the foolish man who built upon the sand. Do you know how he distinguished between the two? The wise man heard the words of Jesus and did them. And the foolish man heard the words, but didn't do them. To be a disciple, we're gonna serve him. We're going to obey him. I want us to be that wise man and take this time that god has in to continue to prepare us and make us ready for what he's called us to be.”
