A farmer knows rotten seed produces rotten crops. Paul warned the Galatians: “Whatever you plant, you’ll harvest.” Samson planted lust and reaped chains. Judas planted greed and reaped despair. Sin’s harvest always comes—not because God punishes, but because decay follows corruption. A hidden weed still strangles the wheat. [31:33]
Jesus didn’t say this to shame us, but to free us. Every choice writes a story in the soil of eternity. God designed life as a mirror: our actions reflect backward and forward. The lie “nobody gets hurt” ignores the physics of the soul.
What seed hides in your pocket today? Pull it out before it roots. Write down one compromise you’ve excused as harmless. How would facing its full harvest change your choice?
“Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.”
(Galatians 6:7, NIV)
Prayer: Ask Jesus to spotlight one seed you’ve buried.
Challenge: Write “Galatians 6:7” on your mirror with a dry-erase marker.
Jesus sat on the Mount of Olives, warning of imposters. “Many will come in my name,” He said. False teachers mix honey with poison—a Bible verse here, a feel-good lie there. They preach prosperity without repentance, grace without holiness, crowds without crosses. Their fruit tastes sweet but rots the gut. [34:49]
Truth isn’t a buffet. You can’t claim Christ while rejecting His commands. A surgeon doesn’t negotiate with cancer; Jesus doesn’t negotiate with sin. False gospels massage consciences but leave souls malnourished.
When did you last fact-check a sermon or meme against Scripture? Open your Bible to Matthew 7:15-20. Circle every “fruit” reference. What fruit—or lack of it—exposes deception in your media diet?
“Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.”
(Matthew 7:15, NIV)
Prayer: Confess one “comfortable lie” you’ve believed.
Challenge: Research the context of one viral “Bible verse” you’ve shared recently.
Samuel nearly anointed the wrong son. Eliab stood tall, but God said, “I see hearts.” David’s brothers had armor; David had a sling and a song. We judge by resumes, Instagram filters, and Sunday smiles. God X-rays motives. A polished cup can hold poison. [42:50]
Jesus ate with sinners but rebuked hypocrites. Appearances mislead; character sustains. Many build facades to hide their cracks. But God loves cracked pots—if they bring their emptiness to Him.
What mask do you wear to appear “together”? Tear off one performance today—admit a struggle to a trusted friend. What would happen if you valued authenticity over approval?
“The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
(1 Samuel 16:7, NIV)
Prayer: Thank God for loving your unedited self.
Challenge: Compliment someone’s character—not their clothes or achievements.
Achan hid Babylonian silver under his tent. David hid Bathsheba’s pregnancy. Gehazi hid Naaman’s gifts. But God sees moth-chewed secrets. Numbers 32:23 thunders: “Your sin will find you out.” Hidden things shout in heaven’s courtroom. [47:33]
Conviction is grace’s alarm. Jesus didn’t expose the adulterous woman to shame her, but to free her. God’s light disinfects wounds—if we stop hiding.
What skeleton have you shoved deeper into the closet? Write it on a scrap of paper. Burn it as you pray Psalm 139:23-24. What chains would break if you stopped rehearsing lies and started confessing truth?
“But if you fail to do this, you will be sinning against the Lord; and you may be sure that your sin will find you out.”
(Numbers 32:23, NIV)
Prayer: Confess one hidden sin aloud to God—no vague terms.
Challenge: Delete one app/account that feeds your secret struggle.
Elijah’s servant panicked at the Syrian army. Then God opened his eyes: chariots of fire surrounded them. Today, UFOs and conspiracy theories distract us. But Satan’s “signs” are smoke machines—all dazzle, no deliverance. Our war isn’t against flesh…or little green men. [01:00:56]
Jesus said, “I am the Way”—not “I am a theory.” The early church thrived under persecution, not paranoia. Truth isn’t found in government files but in Golgotha’s bloodstains.
What mystery consumes your thoughts more than Christ? Replace 30 minutes of news/YouTube with Matthew 24-25. How does anchoring to prophecy—not speculation—steady your heart?
“The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie.”
(2 Thessalonians 2:9, NIV)
Prayer: Ask God to recalibrate your curiosity toward His Word.
Challenge: Share a Bible verse—not a conspiracy theory—on social media today.
Deception sets the tone. The age looks slick, fast, and loud, and lies ride the feed. The enemy’s best weapon is not force but whisper. From Eden to now the line runs the same line. It is not that serious. God understands. The word of God breaks in with a hard stop. Do not be deceived.
Sin tells people to follow feelings and keep it private. Galatians says sowing always yields a harvest, and harvest always makes things visible. A hidden sin becomes public ruin. Samson’s pleasure, Judas’s greed, and David’s lust show the pattern. Lies multiply and bind, but truth stands up and holds.
False doctrine smiles big and sounds Bible-ish. The warning lands sharp. Take heed that no one deceives. Not every voice is sent by God. The mixture the enemy loves shows up as prosperity without repentance, grace without holiness, and salvation without surrender. The truth still matters. A gospel that never confronts sin is not the gospel Jesus preached.
Appearances sell easy. The face looks blessed while the soul sits empty. Scripture resets the sightline. People look at the outside, but the Lord looks at the heart. The adversary even quotes verses, trimming a word here and a phrase there. Discernment requires Scripture in the bones, not just on the tongue. Church attendance without transformation is still dead religion. Standing in the garage does not make a car.
God cannot be mocked. People may fool a crowd, but nobody fools the Lord. Every act and every motive sits plain before him, and sin will find people out. Yet mercy waits on the doorstep. Conviction is not for condemnation but for restoration. Repentance opens the door Jesus already unlocked.
Salvation refuses the shortcut of knowledge about Christ or piles of good works. Many can say Lord, Lord while never having known him. The man on the middle cross is the only plea that carries any sinner home. Real salvation looks like real change, however fast or slow the Lord works it.
Signs and wonders, UFO headlines, and the itch for hidden knowledge pull hearts off the path. Scripture already flagged the strong delusion in the last days, and not every supernatural flash comes from God. Satan is the prince of the air for now, but he is under Christ’s feet and under the church’s authority in Jesus’ name. The church’s mission is not to chase mysteries. The mission is to preach the gospel. Truth still matters. Holiness still matters. Jesus is the only way.
You know, there's a lot of good people who will go straight to hell. And there's a lot of people that we think are good are going straight to hell. But on the other hand, there's gonna be some people we can't get along with. It's gonna be in heaven bound. So you better get ready to be with them, Bill. Picked on me. I'm giving it back to you. Church membership is not salvation. I don't know how many times I've asked people, do you, are you saved? I go to church every Sunday. Not the question I ask. Are you saved?

Grace and holiness comes together. We get grace so we can be holy. Some preach salvation without surrender. If we don't surrender to Christ, we don't get salvation. They're hand in hand. The enemy loves mixture. The truth still matters. A gospel that never confronts sin is not the gospel Jesus preached. So, if you're listening to these preachers that never talks about sin, turn them off and go somewhere else. Sin is real.

Some preach prosperity without repentance. I am not a prosperity preacher, but I do believe God will give us everything we need. But we need to repent for our actions and ask for forgiveness. Repentance is a very, very important. Without repentance, there is no salvation. We have to repent to be saved. Some preach grace without holiness. I just never did figure that one out. How can you preach grace and not be holy? They come together.

So if it contradicts God's word, I don't care if somebody's told you what it is or I don't care if somebody comes up and says, I got a word from god for you and it goes against god's word. Tell him you don't want it and don't listen to him anymore. A word from God will never condict con contradict God's word. That sounds kinda crazy, but I've had people come up to me and say, oh, I've got a word I've got from God for you, And then they tell me what it is and I say, okay. Leave me alone.
