#FaithAndMentalHealth
“``Scripture does not hide it. Instead, it shows how God met people in their darkest moments. If anybody is going through their darkest moment, at the sound of my voice, may God meet you at that place. May God lift you up and out of that place. May God deliver you from that place in the name of Jesus. Christians are not immune, as I said, to depression. You can be a Christian or someone can be a Christian and still go through depression and seeking help from qualified health care professionals or counselors when needed is not lack of faith. God often works through prayer, scripture, supportive community, and medical care together. Amen.”

#GodUnderstandsYourPain
“God understands your pain. God understands my pain. He understands our pain. God cares about every part of our lives, our spirit, our soul, our body. God cares about everything. Is it not exciting to know that God cares? The psalmist said, what is man or woman that you are so mindful of? That you care so much for. Other people may not care about you. But child of God, listen. God cares. You need God to care for you. Let everybody be against you. If God cares for you, you are an overcomer.”

#KnowWhoYouBelieveIn
“A child frightened during a storm doesn't necessarily mean that the storm is immediately gone. All the child needs is to know that there's a trustworthy person present with him who he believes can do something about the situation. Hallelujah. Amen. So what you know determines how you will handle stressful and depressing situations. Because your inability to handle it is what normally crashes. People's inability. And one of the ability is what you know. If you know whom you have believed, if you know who is on your side, if you know the god that you serve, if you know that his promises are yes and amen, if you know that he does not lie, then he will not lie to you.”

#GodNearTheBrokenhearted
“The Lord is near the brokenhearted. The depressed person is a brokenhearted person. And the bible said that the Lord is near to them. So if you are watching and you are listening to me and you are going through that, the Lord is near to you. In the name of Jesus. God never abandons broken people. Tell somebody, god never abandoned broken people. People may not understand. Friends may this may disappear. Family may misunderstand, but God draws closer. Hallelujah. Sometimes what you are going through, people may not understand. They don't know what's going on with you. Hallelujah. They're becoming fed up with you, but God still draws closer.”

#SeekHelpAndHope
“God works through all of that. Don't anybody at the sound of my voice, don't deceive yourself. If you are going through something that is eating you up inside, make yourself available for help. Our message today is not that every form of depression can be solved instantly, but that God works with his people through the valley and offers real hope. Amen.”

#HonestPrayerHope
“Yet by the end, says, let me read it, I will trust in your mercy. So after he had break up prayer, he still came I will say he came back to himself, came back to his senses, and say, I will still trust in your mercy. No. Use which means no matter how bad things are for me, I am I am still better off trusting you than turning my back on you. Praise the lord. That was David. David was honest with God without losing hope in God. So sometime in your prayer, it's okay to be honest with him. Tell God exactly how you feel about what you are going through. Let him know your frustration. Hallelujah. But don't let it make you lose hope in him. Praise the Lord. That was David.”

#DepressionDoesntDiscriminate
“Hope in God and what? Praise him. Depression is one of the greatest emotional and mental struggles affecting some people today or affecting many people today. It does not discriminate. Depression does not discriminate. Hallelujah. It does not discriminate. It doesn't matter you are rich. You are poor. It doesn't matter you are white. You are black. It doesn't matter you are a believer. You are unbeliever. Depression can come knocking at your door. It is what you do that matters.”

#HopeForTheSoul
“Because your soul is where your happiness come from. That's where your sadness come from. That's where, you know, your anger come from. All the emotion your emotional reactions comes from the soul. Hallelujah. Just hope in him. It says hope in God. Then he he respond. The response was that. Hope in God. Look. In other words, have hope in God. So your hope in God helps you to deal with the sadness in the soul, the despair, the brokenness, you know, the the the feeling of loneliness. Hallelujah. The disturbance in your spirit, in your soul. Says, hope in God and wait expectantly for him, For I shall again praise him for the help of his presence. Hallelujah.”
