#PurposeInEveryTrial
“You may think these circumstances, wow. I just don't know how I could ever, ever overcome it. But listen. God has a purpose in everything that's going on in your life, and we need to step back and look and say, not ask God why. But, God, what are you doing? What are you teaching me? What am I learning? How am I growing? How can I use this to serve the king better?”

#ComeToJesusToday
“Know that I've been to the cross, and I've come to Jesus for saving faith. You wanna know how to do that? You just say, Christ, I'm a sinner, and I need a savior. You know how good you have to be to go to heaven? As good as god. Is anybody here as good as god? No. And you never will be. So if we can't ever go to heaven by our own merit, We can't earn our way. We can't pay our way. We can't live right to make our way. The only way is to come to Jesus and say, can't do it on my own. I can't go to heaven on my own. I need a savior. Be my savior. You can do that today.”

#PreparedForPurpose
“some things we have to learn real quick. Some things takes a lot of time. Well, that's just an idea to show you that David, apparently, took a lot of time to learn. He had some preparing to do, preparing his heart, giving him skills, that he would need to be the right kind of king over Israel, to be god's man in god's time and god's place. Now there's a lot of lessons there for every one of us here. We're not may not be called to be kings, but we're called to serve the king. Right? Yeah. And there's some work to do. There's some preparing to do. All that's going on in my life, we should be able to see it. All that's happening in our life and our circumstances, circumstances, in some way, I just want you to see that God is using that to prepare you, to mold you, to make you better.”

#ComingWithChrist
“And when Jesus comes in his glory, I promise you this. You won't just be waiting on him. You'll come with him. Because the promise is all those of us who have believed, whether we've died and gone, our bodies are in the grave, whether we're alive and remained at that moment when Jesus comes. You know what happens? We'll be caught up in the air, and we'll come with him. And when he sets his foot down in glory in Jerusalem, we'll be there by side, and we'll sing his praise. We'll worship him as will all nations. Are you ready for that day?”

#OneStepAtATime
“And so God is not just establishing a king for a time and a place and a moment. He is doing what? An eternal work here. And so, David has some preparing time to do. You know, sometimes learning curves are well, they're quite steep. You have to learn things in a hurry. Some things you don't learn in a hurry. It takes time. It takes one step after another. It takes, like, putting all the pieces together, moving forward one moment, one day at a time.”

#ProphecyPointsToJesus
“Now this passage is important not because of the historical context, But this passage is important because of the future prophecy that it fulfills. Now I I I was I wanna remind you again in our in our study of the life and times of David that we're always going to project toward the future as well. This is not just about David. This is about the coming key and the coming kingdom that is Jesus Christ. How do we know that?”

#ThroneOfDavid
“Gabriel announces that Jesus will receive what throne? The throne of his father, David. So we can't deny the importance of, David's throne, not only for him, but for the coming king who is our lord and savior, Jesus Christ. This is gonna be a thread that runs throughout all, the bible.”

#LiveAsWitness
“Now the people come to him and they say, you know, after after years now of civil war, they laid down their arms. They're tired. And they said, David, we see that God is on you and in you and with you. It isn't that great when others can see in us the hand of God? Do you do you have that testimony? Do you have that witness when others can say, yeah. You're different. You're distinct. Yeah. You're not even like all the other Christians. You're you're you're yeah. All the other church guarders. I I see Christ in you. Believe it. We may not think it, but but the world, others, unbelieving world, will know when know when you're right with god and when you walk with the savior.”
