41s
“So the question is not often the question I have is the wrong question. The question is not, will God turn up? The question is not, can I find forgiveness? The question is not, can I break free of the broken stuff that's come down to me through history? Can I be can I be different? Can I change? Am I doomed to repeat the failures that I've seen going up through the generations? The question is not if because you're not. Question is not, will God forgive and give me the power of transformation? Will God encounter me? That question has already been answered, and it's been answered in the person of Jesus. And you know what? Wanna know what the answer to the question is? He is here.”
34s
“Not if you get your stuff together, you finally get to church again and you stuck it yourself right. The kingdom of God is gonna come near. No. The kingdom of God has come near. There's nothing you can do about it, friends. The kingdom of God is here. Grace is here. Power is here. Forgiveness is here. It's being offered out to everyone for free. The question is, will you turn? Will you turn to Jesus and say, change me. I want you. I want your kingdom.”
39s
“Has anyone ever wondered where God, where are you? God, why haven't you answered my prayer yet? God, why aren't you moving? Let me tell you friends, his timing is perfect. It's perfect. At the exact right time, Jesus entered history. How did God get all the numbers right? How did God make sure it's 1414? Because he's God. He can do what we can't do. He can see the world outside of time. He can do something powerful and incredible that this would blow your mind. God is in control, and he can do things.”

“I love how honest the bible is. I love even in the genealogy of Jesus. Matthew can't help but be like, don't forget about Tamar. And someone was like, oh, wait, Matty. Leave that off, bro. Leave those stories out. And he's like, I can't. Powered by the holy spirit, which is how the bible was written. He's like, I have to leave it in here because the bible's about real stories, guys. It's about stories like yours and stories that are like a bit embarrassing and stories you don't really wanna talk about. People that just couldn't get it right no matter what they did. It's not really about faithful people, is it the bible? It's about a faithful God. Amen?”
