#FaithByExample
“Because someone in your life probably will never step foot in a church tomorrow, or they might not pick up a bible, but they will watch your life. They will pay attention to the way that you speak and what you say and how you love and how you react. And god says he wants to make his appeal through your life to the world around you. But the question becomes, will you let God lead others to him through your life?”

#EternalBodyPromise
“We want to put on, Paul says, our new bodies so that these dying bodies will be swallowed up by life. What a promise that is so that these dying bodies will be swallowed up by life. If you've gone through a difficult season physically with your body, I know that is that is bomb for a hurting heart, that there will come a day when life will swallow up your dying body. Paul doesn't say try harder or just pretend it's not happening. Paul says that our groaning bodies or our aging bodies, the brokenness of ourselves and the brokenness of this world should remind us that god is preparing something better for us than the temporary tents that we currently live in. Because one day, these temporary tents will be replaced with something eternal, a new body. No more decay, the bible says. No more diseases. No more death because god is restoring what sin has broken.”

#HolySpiritWithin
“See, I live in this broken world in a temporary tent, as Paul says, yet I can sense the eternal holy spirit with me even though I have never seen him. I have experienced unexplainable peace in the middle of scary situations. I have felt the spirit's leading and guidance in moments where I did not know what to do. This is how I know that god is real even though I cannot see him in front of me. I have felt him with me. See, the eternal holy spirit lives within us as believers inside of our temporary earthly tents. That's a miracle. Paul says that's a guarantee, a way of saying you can bet on god's promises that he is going to do everything that he said he would do because the eternal holy spirit lives inside your earthly body.”

#FaithBecomesSight
“We will be in the presence of god, and we will be able to see him fully and see everything, and faith will no longer be a requirement. But in this earthly life, we must live by faith because we cannot fully see everything. The bible says one day your faith will become sight. One day, you won't just hope to see Jesus, you will be with Jesus. You will see him right with you. There will come a day where you are with the triune god, god the father, Jesus the son, and the holy spirit because they are your home.”
