67s
“You see, you gotta stop though. You say, God, what do you see? And then what does the truth say? Two things. What do you see? What does the truth say? What do you see? And what does the truth say? When you get ready to give up on your marriage, what does the truth say? What does it say? When you get ready to give up on your kids, what does the truth say? When you get ready to give up on yourself, what does the truth say? So what God wants us to understand is temporary things are feelings. Never let a temporary feeling drive your eternal destiny. Never let the temporary feeling guide your life to a place that you shouldn't be.”
44s
“Because without faith, it's impossible to please God. We walk by faith and not by sight. So does anybody see our faith? You see, you can't see faith. It's invisible. The only way you see faith is when we follow the one who is invisible and then he's revealed through us. That's how people see faith. So what have you done though in following God that you couldn't do without following God? That you couldn't do without his power, without his provisions. That's what faith is. Faith is revealing God. And so where in your life is God being revealed?”
67s
“do you realize that you have to have this because your feelings will lie to you? Anybody ever had a feeling lie to you? You ever felt done loved and it was just a feeling lying to you? You felt done accepted, but it was a feeling lying to you. You felt like you didn't fit in, but it was a feeling lying to you. Well, that's just the way I feel. You see, the truth, not our feelings, sets us free. Do you know what truth is? Truth is revelation from God. God is truth. So the revelation sets me free from the lie. And so when the lie comes, I don't believe the lie because oftentimes the feelings we we set ourselves up and we create our own insecurity because of our feelings, not because of the truth.”
